Whether it’s catching fireflies in our backyard, enjoying a glass of wine by the firepit or stargazing on our tranquil back patio as the sounds of the nearby waterfall put you at ease, this home is such a special paradise and quite literally, could not be more centrally located to all that the Warwick Valley has to offer.
This charming 2BR home in Warwick NY is just one hour from NYC! In 8 min or less you will enjoy hiking the Appalachian, wineries, cideries, breweries, a distillery, Mt. Peter Ski Area, an ice creamery, apple orchards, family-farms, Greenwood Lake, & Warwick Main St. At home, kick back by the firepit, enjoy the sounds of the waterfalls, and sleep easy in the King bed!!

Just 1 hour from NYC, our beautifully decorated, spacious 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom rental is perfect for a family or friend getaway, offering a comfortable stay literally minutes from any type of vacation fun you can think of.
We have ample bedding options for your stay including: a king bed in the lower bedroom, a queen bed in the upstairs bedroom, a twin bed available for setup on request, and a modular sleeper sofa with a queen memory foam mattress top and bedding. We also have a Graco pack and play with bassinet attachment for any kiddos with you from 0-36 months.

Situated both 5 minutes from Warwick Main St. or 5 minutes from Greenwood Lake Village, you're a stone's throw away from the area's BEST wineries, cideries, breweries, restaurants, local boutiques, the NY Renaissance Faire, Mount Peter Ski Area and nearby Mountain Creek Ski Mountain and Waterpark, Bellvale Creamery, Bellvale Market, Legoland, Woodbury Commons Outlets, local farmers markets, apple orchards, pumpkin picking, the Appalachian Trail, other great hikes and so much more!

As soon as you enter the door you can literally FEEL your smile start to turn up. Turn on the fire pit and the bistro lights up on the deck, and truly, all of the world's worries will melt away.
We absolutely adore sharing this space with others looking for a peaceful, fun, and relaxing getaway with their family or friends.

We're both creatives at heart - Scott's an architect, and Laura's an interior designer turned photographer. 41 days into dating in 2012 at a BNB in Switzerland, we declared that someday we wanted to own and run an Airbnb ourselves so we could share our favorite places with others.
