Our condo is in GranDevine, an award-winning school restoration. The building’s 1930’s charm is enhanced with modern spaces and amenities.

In the pictures, you’ll see the condo’s floor plan. It has 934 sq ft of well-planned space. Featuring a modern loft aesthetic, you’ll find everything you need, from comfy beds and furniture to a quiet outdoor porch.

The layout features a split plan. To your right of the entry, there is hallway leading to the bathroom and a bedroom with a queen bed. To the left of the entry, the hallway leads to a beautifully renovated open-concept kitchen, eating area, and living room, along with full-size laundry, another bedroom with a queen bed with adjustable height desk and access to the porch.

The kitchen features stainless appliances, coffee-maker, popcorn popper, toaster, and is well-stocked for cooking. The living area features pull-out couch and a variety of seating options, an eating area, and a 55” TV and stereo.
