Welcome to this distinctive vacation property managed locally by Island Time Hilton Head.

Step into coastal luxury with this beautiful second-row ocean home, where traditional Carolina charm meets modern elegance for an unforgettable beach getaway. Just steps from a serene semi-private beach, this spacious property is designed to maximize both comfort and coastal views.

The ground floor opens up to an expansive 1,200-square-foot covered outdoor living area, perfect for gathering and relaxing. Equipped with two 52” TVs, a large dining area, and a grilling station, this space invites you to unwind in style. After a day on the sand, rinse off in the private outdoor shower and enjoy a peaceful dip in the private pool.

Inside, the first floor boasts a stylish kitchen, a welcoming living room, and a formal dining area that comfortably seats ten, with bar seating for four more. A half bathroom on this level adds convenience, with access to the second level deck complete with plenty of seating, extends your relaxation options, and the below deck area with the pool. The primary bedroom is also on this floor, offering a luxurious king bed, flat-screen TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower.

The second floor provides even more for guests to enjoy, featuring a second living area with a bumper pool table, wine fridge, and access to a shared balcony. Four additional bedrooms round out this level: two rooms each with two queen beds and shared access to a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a bunk room with two sets of bunk beds, a TV, and an ensuite with a shower-tub combo, and a fifth bedroom with a king bed, TV, ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and access to the balcony.

Downstairs, the lower deck is made for entertaining, complete with a propane grill, dining for eight, and plenty of comfortable seating, including sofas and lounge chairs. A spare fridge, two TVs, and an outdoor shower add convenience, along with a half bath and a garage accommodating two cars, with space for four more in the driveway. The garage also include the ping pong table to continue the fun!

Great place!

We had a great time! Check in went great and the house was very clean. Everything was as advertised. We did have trouble with the dishwasher and contacted the company via text message, however, never heard back on what to do. We ended up hand washing everything for the remainder of our stay. Overall though, this was a great vacation home! Thanks!!

Great House

The house was wonderfulexcept for the fact that the dishwasher was not working from Saturday until Thursday and with a family of 12 that makes for a lot of dishes. When I tried to speak to someonethey said she wasout of the office and would call which she never did. Emails are not the same as a call. The property needs better people making sure that everything is working!!

Nice house

Enjoyed the house and pool. Walkway to beach was precarious for older family members and distance to beach was farther than expected. The snake skins on the pathway and warning signs of poisonous snakes was disconcerting.

The house was incredible. Everything you need for an amazing stay. The only thing I will say, is that the “private” beach access across the street is not even close to private. It is the beach access for the ENTIRE neighborhood. The beach was incredibly packed, and no one was even trying to social distance. If there wasn’t a pandemic going on, maybe not a big deal. For us, it kept us off the beach. Other than that, we honestly had an incredible vacation because of this house. I highly recommend. Vacation Homes of Hilton Head was great as well. Very responsive to a small issue. Thanks again!!

Reviewer Comments: My family had a great time at our beach celebration even though it was in the middle of the terrible pandemic going on in the U.S..I have to say I’m disappointed in the cancellation Insurance I bought for never getting back to me after several phone calls and emails to confirm I was covered..If we would have been given this guarantee we would have cancelled to be safe..This being said we had to make the decision to all come together and basically not leave the house other than walks on the beach..This was not hard to do in such a beautiful house with a great layout for several people to congregate together but have their own space..Everything is well stocked but I would bring extra paper products and beach towels..Had a few issues with the pool heater but the management was good about getting the pool co. out to check the problem.. Everyone felt that the house was clean and comfortable..The neighbor is quick to let you know it’s a mix residential neighborhood with rentals and full time residents and they look after each other..We didn’t have a problem but most of our night time activities we did in the house..I would definitely recommend this house for a vacation..

Beautiful Home - Terrible POOL Service

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house and location are perfect highly recommend. We paid over 800$ to have the pool heated for our infant son and even emailed before arrival to make sure it was warm for him. When we arrived the pool was cold. We called and the next day they came to heat it. The pool warmed to over 100 degrees! We called again and 3 days later they came back to fix it - this time the pool heated to over 104 degrees! They refused to refund the money or apply the money to our next rental pool heat! Insane.

Hilton Head Stay

This was one of my favorite vacations I have been on. The house was perfect. We had 8 adults and 7 children under 4 and the house was very accommodating. Most of our time was spent in the courtyard with the grill and pool. Also a very short walk to the ocean! I would definitely stay here again if I went back to Hilton head.

Great house to entertain for a family reunion. Plenty of outdoor space for entertaining with small but nice heated pool. Large kitchen with big table making dinner a treat.
