RENTAL AGREEMENT - SUMMARY:

- Provide your legal name for the Guest Certificate within 24 hours of booking, or we'll use the name on your VRBO account. Once issued, we can't change the name or offer a refund/cancellation.
- Must be 25+ to check in.
- Weekly stays typically begin on Fri, Sat, or Sun. Staying beyond the standard 7-night period could lead to higher rates and possible room changes.
- We'll aim to give the best possible deal for extended stays.
- Strictly non-smoking and no pets allowed, except for service animals.

Please contact the owner or resort to determine if parking fees will apply to your reservation.

You are welcome to request fresh towels, paper towels, toiletries, more pillows, and fresh linens to be delivered to your villa anytime during your stay. Guests staying more than one week can request an optional "Stay Over Clean" with onsite management/housekeeping.

Wyndham has imposed restrictions on rentals at this resort during these dates. RedWeek is trying to ensure all rentals advertised here are safe, but ultimately it is up to the owner to make sure your reservation is secured and you are able to check-in. Please be aware this rental may be at risk of cancellation.

Some Towers will be undergoing renovation through the duration of 2025. Construction noise and activity can be anticipated.
