Important Information for Your Stay
• The roads to our property are rugged in winter. While the roads are regularly plowed, we recommend using a vehicle with AWD or 4WD capabilities for added ease during snowy conditions. The area is flat with no steep hills, making winter access straightforward.
• Our driveway is also plowed as needed in winter. Please park your car near the higher side of the driveway (closest to the exit). This area allows for easier plowing and helps keep the driveway clear during snowfalls. If you have any questions or need assistance with parking, feel free to reach out.
Note on Wood Stove Usage
For your safety, please take precautions using the wood-burning stove during your stay. Follow safety measures and use gloves to avoid burns by touching hot surfaces and also have fire extinguisher handy.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Winter Power Outages
Our cabin is located in a rural area where occasional power outages can occur during the winter months due to weather conditions. Please be aware that the property does not have a backup generator. We recommend bringing battery-powered devices or flashlights during your stay. Please note duration of power outages cannot be predicted but status can be checked at by visiting green mountain power website outages page, we are not liable for any accidents that can occur during power outages

NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features one exterior security camera located on the front of the house, facing outward toward the driveway. It does not look into any interior spaces. The camera records video and sound when activated by motion. It will record when it first senses motion and 30 seconds after the last motion is detected.
