We are told by guests its a 4 season paradise (their words not ours...!)
Enjoy the outdoors with the luxury of around the clock use of our hot tub (maintained to the highest quality standards)...under the canopy of trees, with drifting snow or watch the leave change snug and cosy under the covered gazebo on our lounge furniture around the firepit wrapped in cozy throws sipping not chocolate (...or something stronger....!)
Dont confuse this calibre of property with a run of the mill holiday rental....we care for needs of each of our guests and they tell us they appreciate the discreet and tailored person attention...always close by if you need something or concierge advice, but if you dont need anything, you are left to enjoy your new 'home away from home' without being interrupted.

PARTIES and CELEBRATIONS
We love a good time as much as anybody, but as a result of unsocial behaviours and property damage in the past, we cannot allow any bachelorette, hen or stag parties or similar under any circumstances.
We can only allow the number of guests (10 individuals) licensed under the Prince Edward County by-law, so do not plan on sleeping anywhere other than in a bed provided by us (NO air mattresses).
Failure to disclose such use, including overcrowding, or any deviation from these regulations will immediately void and terminate the reservation. Remember, our properties are located adjacent to each around our own private recreation field with a manager living in a cottage in the grounds to provide any help required 24/7
In your first message, please be sure to provide answers to our 3 pre-booking questions as note in listing
• Our unique custom guide to guarantee access to Sandbanks Beaches is only available to those with firm bookings with our properties
• Out of respect to our neighbours, and to comply with local noise bye-laws, outdoor quiet time starts 10pm - ends 9am
• No smoking
• No pets without prior approval. If you wish to bring a pet, please mention that in your first message, once approved, pet fee is $75
• Parties or events (birthday, reunions, etc) must be authorised and agreed to in advance. Any event discovered during the stay without prior approval may result in booking being terminated mid stay with no refund (due to previous experience with damage, noise and unsociable behaviours bachelorettes, buddy weekends, etc are NOT allowed).
• Check-in is 5:00 PM - 10:00 PM or earlier by prior arrangement (subject to availability)
• Checkout time - 10:00 am or later by arrangement (please ask at time of booking)
