-This home is part of a duplex, featuring two separate units, each with its own entrance and private space for your comfort and privacy. This listing is for the LOWER unit only.

2 bedrooms can be found in this cozy, modern home. All provide you with the high-level comfort and convenience needed to relax and rest after an exciting day of exploring the natural beauties of KC.

♛ Living Room- A comfortable queen-size pull-out couch and an air mattress for accommodating additional guests.

There's a full kitchen at your disposal, full set of dishes, flatware, glasses, serving dishes and cookware to help you feel right at home. A washer and dryer are also available for your use and convenience.
★ Living Area ★
There is a smart TV in this house with Roku access. This will allow you to login to your Netflix, Hulu or Amazon Prime account upon check in, just don’t forget to logout before you leave!
★ Bathroom and Laundry ★
Our 2 FULL bathrooms are fully stocked for your convenience. Shampoo, Conditioner and body wash will be found in a dispenser in the shower. We’ve provided plush bath towels, hand towels and washcloths.
If you find yourself needing to do a load of laundry, have no fear! We’ve provided an in unit washer and dryer in the bathroom along with laundry detergent.

-Driveway Parking is available on-site, and you will have access parking spots in front of the garage during your stay.
There is street parking available nearby.

Centrally located less than 2 minutes away from Country Club Plaza and Westport. A 5 minute Uber ride or Downtown KC, Power and Light, T Mobile Center, Crown Center and Union Station
Additionally, you're just a short ride away from the Chiefs (Arrowhead) and the Royals (Kauffman) stadiums. With everything you could need at your doorstep, it's an unbeatable location!
-Please be aware that this property is a DUPLEX. Your unit is situated on the 2nd floor, and you'll have exclusive access through a private entrance located on the left side of the home.
Access to your unit requires the use of stairs. Please keep in mind the tenants residing on the lower level. While you may not see them, please be mindful and observe quiet hours.
Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire 1st floor floor. You will have your own entrance.
Each guests will be given a digital code to access the door that will only work during thier stays. Please note that we have placed an electronic lock on the front door for easy quick access. You are welcome to arrive any time after your check-in window.

Conveniently located!! Just a short walk to the Plaza and Westport. Uber is readily available for transportation, and you can reach most destinations in Kansas City within 20 minutes from here. Additionally, the property is only a 10-minute drive from Union Station, where you can hop on the KC Streetcar for FREE!

Be kind to the neighbors. Do not block their parking spots/driveways. If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. We have the right to assess a $2000 if these rules are violated.
