The Space:
Hancock House has been thoughtfully restored to maintain its historic integrity while providing all the modern conveniences you expect. Each room features tall arched windows, plush bedding, and custom furnishings that combine contemporary design with vintage touches. Our property offers beautifully designed spaces where you can unwind, whether in the cozy living areas or at the elegant writing desks perfect for getting some work done.
Our Queen Studio room is where you can find charm with a modern feel throughout the room. King Studio rooms offers 500 square feet of space, a full kitchen, complimentary ultra-high-speed wi-fi, a twin bed, and 49” SmartTV with built-in Roku. The modern bathrooms are fitted with clean ingredient toiletries and updated fixtures. Everything you need to elevate your home away from home experience.
Our communal spaces, including a charming reading nook and a serene coffee bar, offer perfect spots for relaxation. After exploring the city, relax in the peaceful ambiance of Hancock House and rejuvenate for your next adventure.
Guest Access:
The apartment has a smart lock keypad for self check-in with a unique access code that last only the duration of guests' stays for safety and peace of mind.
All access codes are sent 15 minutes before your scheduled arrival time.

Getting Around:
Located at 601 E Jefferson St in the heart of Louisville’s trendy Nulu district, home to Louisville’s best art galleries, restaurants, bars and bourbon distilleries. You'll also be just a few blocks away from Whiskey Row, the Museum District, and the International Convention Center.
We offer paid parking in our private lot, with access to come and go as you please. Uber and Lyft are easily accessible, as is free street parking.
Other Things to Note:
Check-in begins at 4:00pm, and we offer early check-ins for a fee of $20/hour up to 1:00pm. All check-ins are keypad entry and contactless, so no need to coordinate with us if you’re arriving later in the evening!
Checkout time is 10:00am, and we offer late checkouts for a fee of $20/hour up to 12:00pm.
We charge $15/night to park in the private parking lot behind the building, which offers the easiest access to the building. There is also free street parking available on Hancock St and Jefferson St. To reserve parking in our lot, please use the link sent to your inbox, email, or text messages. Spaces are limited, so don’t wait to reserve your spot!
We don't charge extra guest fees, but if you plan to use the sofa bed, we charge $15 per reservation simply to cover the additional laundry costs for sheets, blankets, and towels. You’ll arrange for extra linens after booking your stay through the link sent to your inbox.
We allow 1 dog up to 50 pounds per stay, and charge $50 per reservation if you plan to bring your pup. Please note that this fee also applies to service animals.
