The Space:
This 15-bedroom, 16-bathroom mansion offers a perfect mix of space, comfort, and entertainment for your next getaway. The sundeck is designed for relaxing outdoors, with a private pool, hot tub, and BBQ area where you can soak up the sun or enjoy a casual evening meal. Whether you're hanging out by the pool or cooking up something tasty, the outdoor space is ideal for gathering with family or friends.

Inside, there's plenty to keep everyone entertained. The Mario Bros themed games room is stocked with a pool table, foosball, and arcade games—perfect for some friendly competition. Upstairs, the loft turns into a cozy Star Wars themed cinema room, complete with a projector for movie nights, and has a dining table for six, ideal for pre-movie snacks or your favorite board games. There are also dedicated workstations if you need to catch up on some work during your stay, so you can balance relaxation with productivity. The smart TVs will keep you entertained, while the high speed WiFi will keep everyone connected.

Guests will have exclusive access to the home, and also gain full access to Sonoma Resort, which features a clubhouse with a lounge, a large resort style swimming pool with poolside loungers, a fitness facility, and walking/jogging trails. There is free onsite parking for up to 4 vehicles, and overflow may park at the clubhouse. Sonoma Resort is located next to The Loop, a shopping and entertainment hub. It’s only minutes away from Disney World, Universal Orlando, and SeaWorld, championship golf courses, upscale brand outlets, and malls.

Getting Around:
Renting a car is recommended as it’s the most convenient option for getting around Orlando. Alternative options include public transportation, taxis, and uber service.

Other Things to Note:
Please be aware that the gym at Sonoma Resort is currently closed for renovations to enhance your experience. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to unveiling the improved facilities soon! Thank you for your patience during this time.

Additional Services:
• Pool and hot tub heating is an additional service that is not included in your booking price. It's an additional fee of $35/day per service and $60/day for both, which we provide upon request. Please note that heating service is available with a minimum stay of 2 nights. Feel free to reach out for more details.

We're happy to deliver:
• a full BBQ propane tank upon request for $70/per tank
• a "Pack 'N Play Crib" for $40 (one-time fee)
• a Highchair for $40 (one-time fee)
• We offer mid-stay cleaning for reservations over 3 days in duration. This service is available for an extra fee and will need to be booked in advance.
