Get ready to Splish Splash your way through the day! Splish Splash offers all the water fun that you could ask for combined with the unique experience of Back Bay, easy beach access, a large 8-person Hot Tub, and a Brand-New Lazy River with a Splash Pad in the center.
The first floor Family Room includes a full-size refrigerator and wet bar for easy access to food and snacks as well as a TV watching area with a large SmartTV for family movie nights. For those wanting to enjoy the outdoor fun, there is a deck located off the back for easy access. After a day of playing in the backyard, kick back and relax in one of the four bedrooms - two bedrooms offer King beds with private baths while the third bedroom sports a Double over Double Bunk and the fourth bedroom offers a Twin Bunk and shares a bathroom with the Family Room. All bedrooms include a SmartTV with streaming services available.
The second floor also features a Family Room with comfortable seating to enjoy the sunset views as well as deck access with a great view of the Lazy River and the canal. Two rooftop decks on the front of the house offer a great place for enjoying your morning coffee with the sunrise. The kitchen features a large center island that’s useful for food preparation and creating your buffet style food service for large groups. The spacious dining area allows for the whole family to eat together. This floor also offers two bedrooms with King sized beds, one room with two Twin beds, one with two Twin over Twin bunkbeds. Two shared hall baths are easily accessible from all bedrooms.
The Lazy River (3’ deep) offers a relaxing change of pace from the craziness of everyday life. Take a dip in the water and relax the day away. If you are looking for some family activities to enjoy in the evenings, you can start with a Foosball game, then play a round of corn hole, take your best at horseshoes, and then finish up with a soak in the Hot Tub. If you prefer to relax and unwind inside, there are 10 Smart TVs to enjoy throughout the home.
