This top-floor condo, G303, offers unparalleled views of the pool, golf course, and tantalizing glimpses of the ocean. Located in one of West Maui's most coveted areas, this spacious and elegantly updated unit is your perfect Hawaiian sanctuary.

Step into the open and luxurious living area, where a convertible sofa sleeper provides additional sleeping space. Enjoy the modern amenities including a flat-screen TV and ceiling fan. The floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors open to a large private lanai, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor living. Relax with your favorite beverage on the lanai, which offers seating for six and stunning views.

The gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream, fully equipped with high-end plate ware, utensils, and all the cooking essentials you could need. The formal dining area, with seating for six, is perfect for intimate gatherings and lively conversations.
Guest Suite

All of this is set within 7 acres of meticulously manicured tropical grounds overlooking the golf course. The nearby areas of Napili and Kapalua are just minutes away by car, offering some of the best beaches, snorkeling, golf, and fine dining in Maui.

This unit is located on the top floor with no elevator access.
Guests are required to pay a parking fee of $154 per stay directly to the property office. Only one car is allowed per unit.

Our services include Luxury Vacation Rentals and Concierge Service, Property Management, Association and Project Management, Long Term Rentals, and Real Estate Sales. Our office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Hawaiian time.
Cancellation Policy:
**For Short Stays (Less than 30 nights):
- Guests may cancel outside of 30 days of the arrival date and receive a full refund without any additional charges.
- Cancellations made 29-14 days before of the arrival date will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total payment.
