À propos de cet hébergement

Cette fantastique maison de 4 chambres et 3 salles de bains avec piscine privée surplombant un long lac étincelant est joliment meublée avec des meubles Ethan Allen pour les clients les plus exigeants. Beaucoup de lumière naturelle s'affiche dans chaque pièce. Vous entrez dans cette maison par sa superbe porte à double porte avec de beaux vitraux dans le salon formel donnant sur la grande piscine fermée et le magnifique lac. À côté du salon, la salle à manger est parfaite pour un dîner spécial ou un repas familial très confortable.

La chambre familiale avec des plafonds voûtés offre beaucoup d'espace pour se détendre et se divertir. À côté de la salle familiale se trouve la cuisine avec coin repas avec une baie vitrée donnant sur la piscine et le lac. Cette cuisine a de très hauts plafonds avec trois grandes fenêtres au-dessus des armoires permettant au soleil de la Floride d'éclairer tout l'espace. Il y a beaucoup d'espace de travail et tous les appareils dont vous pourriez avoir besoin.

La suite principale est située sur le côté avant droit de la maison et remonte à la piscine avec une grande fenêtre et porte d'accès français à la piscine. La salle de bain principale a des lavabos, une douche debout et une grande baignoire.

Les autres chambres sont situées hors de la chambre familiale, la deuxième suite parentale a un magnifique lit king size de Pottery Barn, une grande fenêtre donnant sur le lac, une porte coulissante en verre à la piscine et sa propre salle de bain privée avec baignoire / douche .
Il y a deux autres chambres avec un lit queen size dans la première et deux lits jumeaux dans la seconde et une salle de bains commune supplémentaire avec une combinaison baignoire / douche.

Cette première communauté de classe est proche de commerces, des restaurants, des écoles et des plages du golfe du Mexique. Les équipements collectifs incluent un club-house, deux piscines chauffées, des courts de tennis, une aire de jeux pour enfants, un terrain de volley-ball, un terrain de basket et un terrain de football.

Review of 1288 Briarwood Ct

Overall, the house is a little older and could use some updating, but we felt the owners were in the process of doing so. The cleanliness of the property was fantastic. Very clean. Plenty of towels and anything you needed in the kitchen. We would recommend this house and would definitely stay again.

Would stay again!

This is a great house in an excellent neighborhood. The house is large, laid out well and had all of the things we needed for our almost month long stay. We only had to buy groceries and some cleaning supplies. We enjoyed walking our dog in the neighborhood each day and the neighbors are very friendly. We would definitely stay again.

Month stay

The property was exactly as shown in photos. Furniture was dated but still nice. It was clean except one large vent in the kitchen that had not been cleaned in a long time. We changed over 10 light bulbs that were out but replacements were left in the house. We did have a few plumbing problems and tried to get with property managers right away but it took at least 2 days for them to get back to us. I used the app they supplied and I called and pushed the emergency number line to leave messages. Once I was contacted the plumbing was fixed within a few hours. The day before we left the master toilet broke and we could not use it. I left messages but was never contacted back. When I called before check out they said they had received my messages and it was being fixed the day after we left. We love Naples and love the briarwood neighborhood. We have stayed there before and will stay there again. Just a little disappointed in the response time with the management company. Other than that it was a wonderful month in Naples.

Relaxing stay at a great house and pool

We spend 3 weeks at the house and had a great time in Naples. We enjoyed the pool an the sunsets over the little lake. There was plenty of room(s) for all of our group. Communication with Nicole was easy and little problems were fixed in short time. We would recommend to stay at this house and would come back!

Enjoyable stay in Naples

The house was great although a few things need upgrading. The shower curtain was mouldy and needs to be replaced and a few suspect electrical points need mending and the TV needs upgrading. However, the house facilities were great, lots of cutlery and kitchen equipment. Chairs and umbrellas for the beach and the house had a lovely relaxed layout and was in a great position on a lovely estate. We would book again

Wonderful stay!

We’ve had an amazing time! The house was immaculate, exactly the way pictured and described online. A very neat and safe community, and a convenient location. There was plenty of space in the house, and a wide array of amenities, varying from beach chairs to games and books. Communication with the hosts was easy, all in all it was a great stay, and we will be back for sure!

In season Naples is a busy place. This is a great property & location to escape the crowd but still convenient to the downtown restaurants & shops not to mention the local golf courses. The house with the pool, lake view & great neighborhood is the perfect spot. We already looked ahead to 2023 but the calendar is full as it should be. We gave it 5 stars all around.

Great location and view, lanai, and comfy King Bed

We enjoyed our stay, the location, the view, the big kitchen and the lanai with pool ... and the logistics all went smoothly. For the price, however, we'd expect better maintenance and some updating. The TVs are not big smart TVs and the service has no access to Netflix or streaming. The King bed is very comfortable but is not in the master BR, and the bathrooms at that side of the house are old and small. The lighting is inadequate for reading, with old fluorescent bulbs and some burned-out lights, and some electrical outlets and switches need repair. The insides of closets and the garage could use some deep cleaning. We were just two people, with some local family members coming for a couple of meals on the lanai. The house can--and from the guest book apparently has--comfortably accommodated large families and big groups for over ten years. It is suitable for that kind of gathering, for sure. But it's not as nice as a house we rented in Lely Resort on our last Naples visit; however, we liked this location very much. We did appreciate the owners helping out with a couple of special requests pertaining to a dog crate and mailing us an item we left behind. We'll consider staying here again and appreciated that the house was available for a trip planned on rather short notice.

Nice well equipped house, but need some care

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love Briarwood, it is close to Old Naples that we love, and the price are acceptable for our family. We have rented 5 houses in Briarwood since 2010 and 4 houses in Old Naples, Bershire, Cape Coral. This house is what we will consider average quality of the ten. On the positive side the house have a good layout, nice view, great pool-area and is very well equipped, also the needed "beachstuff". It was well presented and clean indoor, but it need some upgrades, especially the beds. (The nice Master bedroom are beautiful but have a tiny bed that is quite hard. So we gave the master to our teenage son.On the negatives though (I may be in to details) i had to fix two windows and one door that could not be locked at the arrival (this is quite normal in American houses), and i had to tidy and clean the garage floor to set up the ping-pong table i found in the garage (but i had to buy net and rackets on Wall Mart to enjoy it and left this to next renter ;-. I also had to clean the deck/floor in the pool area due to our feet became very dirty. We loved the stay and actually also the house, but to get me back next Christmas we recommend the following.-door/windows facing outside must be able to lock.-tidy and clean garage and deck every 3 months.-invest 4000-5000USD in fantastic matrasses.-get a king-size bed in to the nice Master bedroom.-soundproof the south side poolheater.-get rid og the old "moulded" and flattired Honda.

Property has everything you may need for your stay. Distribution of the house is great. The pool and the lake are awesome. We had a great time for 6 weeks and we would love to be back. What definitively needs an update is the Master bedroom TV, its and old CRT. Not what you expect these days in any house...
