This 4500sq ft 4 bd home is located just 30 steps away from the sand in North Hermosa Beach! You will be in awe of the panoramic unobstructed ocean views spanning from Malibu to Palos Verdes and Catalina Island. Wall to wall windows, 2 fireplace and lots of natural sunlight. Four very spacious bedrooms 4 bathrooms. Hot tub and a cozy back deck. This stunning Thomas, Maine home known as the Lawrence house boasts a Modern elegant kitchen with top of the line appliances and stunning artwork.
The space
The House is across the street from the beach and seven blocks to downtown Manhattan Beach right in the middle between the Hermosa Beach pier and the Manhattan Beach Pier that make this a desirable vacation home for all. The tallest home in Hermosa Beach boasting views of both Piers, the sand, the water from Palos Verdes to Malibu and Catalina Island.

The property has A washer and dryer in the garage and plenty of storage thru out the house two barbecues in the backyard. The best part is you never have to drive all the great restaurants and bars are within walking distance including the World Famous North End the 900 Club truly Manhatten beaches best location
