Comfortable and fully equipped apartment in a condo, located in a local popular neighborhoof, with fast wifi (200 Mb/s) NO A/C, no balcony. Electrical hits and fans available.
Car is not required, but you can hire car/scooter nearby, for exploring the island.
Please respect the hygiene protocols (see rules).

Prerequisite: ALL guests travel ID needed, including children and nationals (+NIF), before checkin is scheduled or entry is allowed.
o You agree that you are an adult member over 30YO staying all over the period and responsible. NO PETS (severe allergies)
o You agree to let a cash deposit at check-in (with receipt) : 900€/$/£ . That amount is returned to you at checkout after a visit to the house./
o You agree to cover every damage over 50€ caused by your group and also to pay an extra fee of 100€/day of stay for evidences of non respect of the disclosed rules.
o For eventual damages over 50€ you may get photos and a report to your insurance.
o Please declare any accident, breakage or anomalies in 24h. Please do not try to fix it yourself.
o No delayed complaints will be taken in consideration.
REMINDER : You are aware that sending previously ALL IDs is a condition to validate the quotation and for having access and staying in the apt.
1) ENTRY CONDITIONS
° Member responsible must be present all over the stay (>30 YO).
° No children or minors under 8 YO for for security reasons.
° Cash deposit 900 €/$/£
° Self catering. House is provided with welcome starters (bath & kitchen)
° accessible to wheelchair
° You have the use of the unit in solo but the number of rooms available change with the rate:
a) Basic rate covers twoo room available, max. 4 persons.
b) if you need just one room we may close the second one and give a -10€/night discount. (for max 2 persons)
°CHECHIN / CHECKOUT:
It is imperative to have asap the flight data (company, flight number and time) to schedule the checkin person to meet . Checkin takes place between 09h to 21h, it includes a cross-check of IDs, house rules to sign and
welcome information.
Please respect checkin time agreed. Someone will wait for you there during max 1h from the landing time (send message in case of delay).
Checkout: until 11h. From 12h, a double final cleaning fee is due.
At checkout the house is visited to verify all is in the original state and free the deposit. In case of eventual problems, photos and a report will be provided for your insurance. No luggage deposit permited (sanitary reasons) and we do not send back objects forgotten in the apartment.
REMINDER:
- Please avoid receiving letter/packages in the mail box, for security reasons.
- Non residents are not aloud by law to have a mail box in their name, sorry.
- Please take care to have all your belongings with you at check out.
2) (*) LEGAL REGISTRATION :
ALL guest’s traveler’s ID’s for SEF authorities by law). No extra-guest to stay without previous
registration.

✓ Full name (and gender), Date of birth, Country of birth Country/city of residence
✓ Nationality, Identity document type, Number of the travel document, Issuing
country/validity
✓ Date of arrival, Date of departure For nationals: +NIF
3) LIMITS:
° Evidence of no respect of rules may be charged 100€/day of stay
° Smoking only outdoors.
° No parties/events (even family), only residential use allowed. Only registered guests may enjoy the property. Silence time 22h-6:00h
It's forbidden to exceed the legal limit of persons to overnight (law).
° No children under the described age
° No pets at any time
4) CLEANING
Weekly cleaning over a week stay is mandatory (cf. local regulation ref. at last photo)
This is includes also the linnen washing for the first month. For longer stays you need to let the value in cash to the cleaning agent.
Cleaning keeps the AL free of endemic pest species & allergen and Covid safer. This is important and a legal preriquirenent at our climate.
We shall schedule the weekly cleaning time (depending of the agent availability) wich is not flexible.
Our Staff has the keys for the scheduled time
Please make this work safe for all:
- Keep your belongings (textiles, papers, shoes, etc.) out of the surfaces, into the cupboards.
- Ventilate and free the room being cleaned or even the whole place.
- Garbage is to exit to the suited containers outside.
- No dishes left in the kitchen, dishwasher available.
- Linen stocks: please do not manipulate the stocks. Linen is provided by the staff. Please do not use white towels other than for a bath. For beach or makeup use color towels and/or paper rolls.
5) PEOPLE & GOODS SECURITY:
- The house has all the security equipment required by law.
- Use of masks and distancing during staff contacts if Covid or other warning is active.
- All doors and windows must stay close during any time of absence at your responsibility.
- ACCIDENTS/injuries: The hosts are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, illness, damages that occurs during the stay that are not due to defect equipment’s at the host responsibility.
- DAMAGES due to guests: Please report immediately by text any damages. Guests are not responsible for normal wear and tear.
Do not fix the goods yourself.
