La maison Malibu est nouvelle sur le marché de la location de vacances. Amoureusement refait par les nouveaux propriétaires. Il y a une piscine chauffée. Beaucoup d'espace à manger en plein air et des tonnes de chaises longues rehaussent l'expérience tropicale. Équipé d'un barbecue à gaz pour la cuisine en plein air et à manger pour 10. 3 belles salles de bains neuves avec de grandes douches. Tous les nouveaux! Cette belle maison est dans un excellent emplacement. À moins de 10 minutes de la plage de renommée mondiale Hollywood Beach et de la promenade. Chaque chambre dispose d'un nouveau téléviseur haute définition à écran plat et le salon dispose d'un téléviseur intelligent de 55 pouces et de nombreux sièges confortables. Profitez de tout ce que le sud de la Floride a à offrir dans cette superbe maison de vacances. Cuisine fabuleuse stockée avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour cuisiner et dîner. Ou allez dans l'un de nos excellents restaurants locaux. Le Hollywood Boardwalk propose des kilomètres de front de mer avec musique live tous les soirs dans l'un des bars et restaurants locaux. Margaritaville a créé une station balnéaire publique avec de la musique en soirée dans le Band Shell, directement sur la plage. Hollywood a vraiment tout.

Spectacular

We had the BEST time at this location!! Close to everything, clean property, plenty of space. It was me, my husband and our 3 kids….ages 20, 17 and 11 with our little dog. LOVED it. Definitely would stay here again!!

Would not recommend to future guests per the description on the website.

Pool was not usable when we arrived as water level too low and full of leaves. When I called I was told someone would be out ASAP. When I asked if that meant 2 hours or two days the person hung up on me and never called back. We arrived on a Sunday and the pool guy arrived out on Wednesday to take care of the problem. The bathrooms were extremely tiny and the floor in one was filthy. All the glass showers had dried water marks meaning they had not been cleaned from the previous guests. The televisions were all smart T.V. And we were unable to get live T V with the result we were unable to watch any T V during our stay.. when we arrived the internet was not working and had to call and have someone come to take care of that problem, that is when we were told we would not be able to get live T.V.. I could go on but I hope you get the picture.. I would definitely not recommend this property.

Holiday stay

The home was very roomy. We especially loved the three full bathrooms and the multiple televisions. The house is a bit outdated and could use some repairs. We would also suggest the owner provide microwavable dishes so we could re heat food. However, the owner was extremely responsive and timely addressed all our issues.

Hollywood home

This was are first ever stay in a home rental. We enjoyed are home away from home. House was well kept and clean. Pool was well maintained. We would definitely stay there again.

Rather disappointing

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Most of the cooking appliances and dishes / pots were quite dirty on arrival, so we had to clean them after our arrival. Additionally there was mold in the bathrooms. Most of the furniture was very worn down and should be replaced immediately.On our last day the toilet was clogged and we tried to reach someone from Valgal. No one answered our calls at around 4 PM on a Friday, which was a no go.Overall the stay was rather disappointing.

Reviewer Comments: Very disappointed with this property, right from the start of the booking we requested the pool heat as one of our party required a warm pool to help exercise a previous injury, we agreed to the additional cost, on arrival we noted the pool reading on the heater, the next morning it had dropped in temp, after realising there was no heat, we contacted the Valgal who promptly sent Chris round, he confirmed that the heater was not working, the owner was informed that the heater was faulty but could be replaced that afternoon, he declined to repair, other faults were the washing machine did not work correctly, it washed but did not drain, the Tv in the main lounge could only be used for streaming no free channels.Veronica and Chris from Valgal were fantastic, they acted immediately and offered an alternative property and moved us out, there is no hot tub that has become the pools fountain, owners have a responsibility to the agent to make sure that the property meets the standard advertised, it was unfair the owner putting Valgal in this position.I will defiantly rent from Valgal again just not this property, there service was first class shame about the owner.

Excellent Location

This home was the perfect location for our visit to the Fort Lauderdale / Miami area. The floor plan was ideal for our party of 6. The home needs some repairs and improvements however it fit the needs of our trip. We had an issue with the cooling system but property management answered very promptly and the issue was resolved.

Reviewer Comments: As said, overall very good.But the pool area and the mosqitos did draw back the experience. Very much debris on the ground and in the pool area. So if your are planning to stay here take bugspray, or be prepared to stay inside. And we were also mistaken that some channels were avaible on the tv, but no, you do have the possibility to log in with your Netflix account etc. because it have smart tvs. be awere..

Great Old Florida home.

Great old Florida home. Plenty of room for 8 of us. Kitchen was great. Definitely some wear and tear noticed on the property. Good location. Communication with the concierge is delayed but they are responsive. We spent a lot of time in the house due to flash flooding. We were safe and dry. Would stay there again.

Every room was impeccably maintained, and the entire house exuded a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere.Communication with the host was seamless and efficient. Any queries we had were promptly addressed, making the entire process smooth and stress-free.Casa Malibu is incredibly spacious, comfortably accommodating our group of five adults and two children. The layout of the house allowed everyone to have their own space while still enjoying communal areas together.One of the highlights of our stay was the pool. It was a perfect spot for relaxation and fun, especially for the kids. The outdoor area was well-maintained and provided a great environment for both daytime and evening enjoyment.In summary, Casa Malibu exceeded all our expectations. Nous avons apprécié la piscine pour le retour de la plage cest bien relaxant. Le seul petit problème qui serait a corriger est la dalle de bain entre les deux chambres le drain de la douche l'écoulement est lent. Nous conservons un excellent souvenir et gardons votre maison en note.

The backyard and pool area wasn’t a stunning as it was in pictures, but it still served our needs. They’re only three lounge chairs and more of us wanted to lounge at once. My stay

Needs some kind of tv service and pool was dirty. Not being able to set air lower than 74 was not likable. Washer and dryer outside was not good. Like the place over all and great location.

Great Getaway With Friends

This is a great base for fun things to do in Miami, Fort Lauderdale, or even for a day trip to the Keys if you’re interested. The property staff always answered when I called and were helpful. The cleaning instructions and rules were simple and easy to follow. We had a great week and will be back again!

Yearly Golf vacation

The property was exactly as listed. The beds were comfortable and the house was very clean. The pool was great and there was plenty of space for the 4 of us to spread out. We had a problem with one of the drains in a shower and a plumber was sent the same day. We would stay there again.

As advertised

The property is as listed. We were with 3 couples and 1 single so it was very refreshing to see 4 king size beds, especially since we have 3 larger people and one pregnant momma. Arrival was very easy, as was check out. Laundry was outside which took a little time to find. Spa is not a hot tub and was very chilly but pool was beautiful. We did have a plumbing problem day one. We called and the maintenance team beat us to the house and we were already in the car driving back from the beach. Very impressive. Tree roots and a broken pipe was the issue. Replacement pipe was being laid the following morning, quickly and quietly. You wouldn't even know the ground was dug up if you weren't there. As for the house, it's a little worn. Definitely needs some paint, hard water clean up on bathrooms and pool. Could use some cleaning supplies such as a mop (which we bought and left) had a bottle break day one and was on our hands and knees washing the kitchen floor because there was nothing else to use. However, all said and done, we would definitely go back to stay.

The property needs more kitchen utensils, towels, beach equipment and the pool is not holding water. Overall for the amount we spent the house was okay.
