Welcome to this unique, vibrant retreat in the heart of the RiNo Arts district in Denver! This professionally designed industrial-style loft is located in the waterfront Taxi Lofts Building just steps from the South Platte River Trail and a mile from Downtown Denver.
Huge windows, lofted ceilings, colorful furnishings, and upscale amenities greet you in this dynamic one-of-a-kind space customized for those guests who are looking for more than just a place to live, but also an experience to enjoy. Spend your evenings on the spacious deck with the firepit, enhance the mood with specialized LED lighting, or relax in the Japanese soaking tub while drinking in views of the mountains. Custom art pieces, imported designer furniture, and high-end amenities will make your stay a truly unforgettable experience.
This private two-floor loft is a part of the Taxi Lofts Building, an innovative mixed use community with amenities including a coffee shop, café, lap pool, and brand new fitness center. In addition, you can take advantage of opportunities to collaborate with other creatives and entrepreneurs on this campus that includes 150 businesses and 300 residents in this unique live-work community.
