À propos de cet hébergement

Notre location de vacances est une retraite de Beachcomber !!! Nous sommes situés à seulement 150 étapes du Golfe vierge de plages du Mexique. Cette unité entièrement meublée comprenant une chambre, une salle de bains et située à l'étage supérieur fait partie d'un "quadraplex" situé sur la magnifique Manasota Key, dans le sud-ouest de la Floride, dans la ville paisible d'Englewood.

Beachcomber de Manasota Key est une minute facile et une demi-promenade menant à la plage pour les promenades du matin, la collecte de coquillages et de dents de requin, la natation, assis sous un parasol, ou regarder un beau coucher de soleil. Beaucoup de chaises de plage, des parasols et des vélos sont disponibles et prêts à utiliser. Nous vous facilitons la tâche pour vous détendre et profiter de vos vacances!

Le magnifique parc d'État Stump Pass Beach est à 12 minutes à pied de notre propriété. Ici vous pouvez pêcher, faire de la randonnée sur les sentiers de la nature, lancer un bateau ou un kayak, ou simplement vous détendre sur la plage isolée. Nous vous facilitons la tâche pour vous détendre et profiter de vos vacances!

L'unité Surf's Up vient d'être entièrement rénovée pour 2017. Une cuisine entièrement équipée avec une salle à manger, grande salle, une chambre avec un lit king size, et une salle de bains. Un canapé-lit queen avec un matelas en mousse à mémoire de forme dans la grande salle pour plus de confort. Les portes coulissantes en verre s'ouvrent sur un grand balcon bordé d'arbres. Parfait pour manger, lire un livre ou faire une sieste l'après-midi.

Remarque: cette retraite est conçue pour accueillir 2 adultes et 1 ou 2 petits enfants, ce qui correspond au nombre maximum autorisé.

Cette unité vous fournit toutes les commodités pour rendre votre séjour confortable et mémorable. Certaines des commodités comprennent une porte d'entrée sans clé, lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes, réfrigérateur avec machine à glaçons, cafetière Keurig, câble gratuit connecté 50 "Smart TV dans la grande salle ainsi qu'un 30" Smart TV dans la chambre, et sans fil gratuit l'Internet. Il y a aussi une buanderie avec une laveuse et sécheuse de taille standard ainsi qu'une zone de pliage. Pour les cuisiniers du groupe, un barbecue à gaz ou à charbon est disponible. Nous avons également des kayaks et des planches de paddle à utiliser lors de votre croisière à travers la baie de Lemon ou le golfe du Mexique avec des dauphins et des lamantins ou tout simplement profiter des images et des sons des balbuzards et des pélicans.

Après une journée à la plage, vous pouvez revenir et vous détendre dans l'arrière-cour spacieuse avec beaucoup d'ombre. Nous avons deux zones de patio nouvellement installés. Un pour manger ou se détendre et un avec un foyer au bois entouré par les chaises adirondack les plus confortables. C'est l'endroit idéal pour se retrouver entre amis et profiter de la paix et de la tranquillité de Manasota Key.

Surf’s Up

By far our favorite place we have stayed for a vacation. The beach is steps away, We found sooo many shark teeth, the restaurants are within walking distance (great food), Surfs Up had every single thing you need stocked and absolutely gorgeous interior and the most beautiful landscaped courtyard with fire pits and grills. They have bikes and kayaks to use as well as beach toys. I didn’t want to leave :) We will definitely be going back. Thank you Carol for everything!

Top Notch!

Surf’s Up is the cleanest, brightest, most organized condo that we have ever stayed in! The owners have decorated (both inside and outside ) to make this condo super cute and comfortable! Close beach access, bikes, kayaks, fire pit, and great porch make it perfect. Good communication with the owner…walking distance to some restaurants and a short drive to get groceries and to visit other restaurants. We would love to come back!

Great quiet get away

We enjoyed our stay at Surfs Up. Our family had a lovely few days just steps from the beach. Everything we needed for the beach was there so we didn't have to pack any extra. I loved taking the kayaks out on Lemon Bay and seeing all the aquatic wildlife. We'll definitely be back.

We were incredibly impressed with the room. As soon as my wife walked in she knew it was clean. Carol had a welcome basket with snacks with beer and wine in the fridge. We will definitely be staying here again.

Relaxing Vacation

The cleanliness and extra thoughtfulness of the goodies was much appreciated. The condo provided everything we would possibly need and more. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Our family had a beautiful time. We enjoyed to very, very short walk to the beach, amenities, beach supplies and watching all the amazing sunsets. Our dog loved all the sliding glass doors and being able to vacay too. We would definitely come back and recommend to others!

Paradise!!

Awesome experience!!! Carol and Pete are prompt with responses and have taken care of everything you could possibly need for a trip! Very detailed directions for the entire process as well as directions in how to use all electronics, coffee pot, laundry, etc. the condo was extremely clean and updated. I loved the decor!!!. The grounds were absolutely beautiful and secluded, yet super close to the beach. We enjoyed the VERY short walk to the beach several times a day. Southern hospitality at its best. The people in the area are so friendly and welcoming which was a nice break from many other locations we have visited. We barbecued several times while there and enjoyed the huge seating areas out front and on the property. Thank you for the awesome gift basket of goodies and snacks as well as the adult beverages to start our vacation off. We will definitely be back!!!! Thank you again for absolutley everything! Keep up the awesome job!! Y’all are amazing!

This unit is perfect in every way! The unit is beautiful, the location is perfect, the views are incredible. It is very private yet easily accessable to everything. The owners are so thoughtful in providing for every amenity you could possible want or need. I was sad to leave. I just hope Manasota key does not get too popular!! Thank you!

Home away from home

We had an amazing time at the Surf’s Up apt. It was incredibly clean, roomy enough for the 4 of us, and within walking distance to the beach. The host was very accommodating and there was even a much appreciated welcome gift when we arrived. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful stay

We had a great vacation! Carol and Tom went above and beyond thinking of the little things that you never want to buy, like sandwich baggies, herbs, towels, beach chairs etc.... We will definitely book with them again!

Amazing stay!

This is an absolutely outstanding property!! We walked in and, within 3 minutes, wanted to give it 5 stars. It's in a perfect location: a 5 minutes bike ride to the state park and a 5 minutes bike ride to the restaurants. Just a couple houses down from the beach on a quiet minimal traffic road. The back yard is a dream: it's a fantastically landscaped jungle that is both secluded and inviting. There were 2 grills, a fire pit and a sitting area. TONS of beach toys for little kids and big kids, bikes, chairs, everything you could want. The owner reached out to me after a day or two to make sure we were comfortable, even dropped off a lightbulb for a lamp that burned out. They had a little snack basket for us at our at l arrival, a binder with Island information. The kitchen was perfectly stocked with equipment. I HIGHLY recommend this property and owner! Enjoy your stay!

Class A decorated beach condo

We loved, loved, loved this place. Huge 2nd floor plantation like balcony with dining area and Adirondack recliners with plush tropical view. The interior was a professionally done in Florida and “beach” decor. The owner’s equipped and supplied everything in the kitchen one could think of. Clean. Spacious. Comfortable. Quiet. The weather was wonderful. We would go back ourselves and recommend it as a place to go if you want to be well cared for.

How all vacation rentals should be!

From check-in to check-out and everything in between, it was such a great stay. We read reviews from others and thought they had to be exaggerating; no place could be that good. Now, here we are adding our 5-stars! For starters, the unit (Surfs Up) was VERY clean, looked newly renovated, and had a great laid back beachy feel inside and out. The welcome basket was a great touch as well. The property was very well maintained and had everything from beach carts/umbrellas & chairs, kayaks, paddleboards, fire pit, gas grill, outdoor shower, and laundry. With such a short stroll to the beach from the backyard, it was easy to break for lunch and head right back to the water. Thank you so much Carol! We made a lot of great family memories and we'll be back for more!

Great Place

We had a very short stay, but the property was decorated beautifully and very clean. The amenities were great as well - paddle boards, bikes, kayaks, beach chairs, fire pit, etc we’re all extras! Would stay again.
