❤️ Full-Sized Ping Pong Table: Unwind and have fun in the downstairs entertainment area.
❤️ Outdoor Oasis: Dine al fresco at the 8-person table, fire up the BBQ grill, and gather around the firepit for cozy evenings under the stars.
❤️ Convenient Parking: A large driveway, with ample room for vehicles and trailers.
❤️ High-Speed Wi-Fi: Stay connected throughout your stay.
❤️ Efficient heating system and and "Evaporative Cooling System" - An Evaporative Cooler lowers the air temperature by passing outdoor air over water soaked pads and then pulling the cooled evaporated air into the home. Evaporative cooling systems can be used effectively in the dry desert air of Mesa County. Operating instructions are included in the home but does require a window or two to be cracked open to allow for circulation. This cooling effect will achieve similar home temperatures as other forms of cooling, however the air may feel more humid and be louder (due to the fan) than refrigerated air units.

This home is professionally cleaned for your arrival. Kitchen will have a dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, stove/oven with full size coffee maker, dishes, wine glasses, pots & pans, silverware - Plus some spices, coffee & filters, paper towels, trash bags, dish detergents to get you started! Bedrooms include new mattresses, high Thread Count Bedding, Down-Alternative Comforters, fluffy pillows and extra blankets. The bathrooms have towels, wash cloths plus toiletries to get you started including toilet paper, facial tissue, bar and hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion.

Minimum Age Requirement: To ensure a calm and responsible atmosphere, we require that the Primary Booking Agent or individual reserving this home be at least 25 years old. This age requirement does not apply to other guests accompanying the Primary Booker. If you have special circumstances or unique requests, please feel free to reach out to us. We are open to considering exceptions when appropriate.
Safety and Security: To maintain the well-being of our guests and the security of our homes, we may incorporate security devices such as Ring Doorbells or Sound Level monitoring. These cutting-edge devices are designed to enhance security while minimizing any potential privacy concerns. It is important to note that there are never any video devices inside any of our homes.
**The property is equipped with four security cameras to monitor the exterior while it is vacant. The first camera covers the south side of the yard, the second monitors the northwest side, the third is focused on the west side, and the fourth observes the northeast side. These cameras will be turned off during guests' stay in the house.**
Guest Presence: The guest who makes the reservation must be present throughout the duration of the reservation. Upon check-in, we request that you present a valid government-issued photo ID for verification purposes.
