Ma maison est très accueillante et relaxante .... L'intérieur se compose de pin noueux et de beaux planchers de bois franc re-finis. (Comme indiqué sur les photos) .. Son décor est constitué d'une vraie maison de chalet de lac de montagne. Il correspond vraiment aux critères si vous voulez vivre une véritable expérience de montagne! ..
Salle de bain nouvellement construite, 4 chambres, 2 lits queen, 1 complet et ensemble de lits superposés ... En bas, moquette, coin bar, grande télévision et table de billard! ... 'Pas besoin de conduire .'... Économisez vos $$$ et amusez-vous à la maison !!!
Theres une cheminée «gaz» dans le salon juste à temps pour le froid de l'hiver! ..Donc, lorsque vous rentrez d'une journée froide sur les pistes, allumez simplement la cheminée et blottissez-vous avec un bon film de ma collection de DVD! ..Pas besoin de se tracasser avec du bois de chauffage en désordre !! ..
Nombreuses places de parking! ..Le garage 2 voitures pour l'hiver et l'allée ont 4 à 5 places supplémentaires pour les visiteurs, les bateaux, les jet-skis, etc.
J'ai récemment construit un grand patio arrière avec barbecue, table de pique-nique, balançoire ombragée pour 2 personnes, coin salon supplémentaire avec une nouvelle cheminée et des bancs. (N'oubliez pas les guimauves pour les enfants! ).
L'été, apportez votre propre bateau ou utilisez l'un des nôtres «gratuitement!».La pêche a été excellente sur le lac cette saison! .. Surtout pour «la basse Bubba à grande bouche! . Faites peut-être de l'exercice dans notre canot Coleman avec pagaies! ...Je viens d'ajouter un bateau à aubes que vous pouvez transporter jusqu'à la rampe de mise à l'eau à environ 100 mètres ...... Ou tout simplement emmener les enfants sur le quai avec de nombreux poteaux et équipements!. LA NATATION EST AUTORISÉE DANS LA ZONE DE LANCEMENT MAIS IL N'Y A PAS D'ACCÈS À UNE ZONE DE PLAGE

Beautiful property!

The property is beautiful and so comfortable for our family and our two small dogs. It is close to everything, the area itself is gorgeous. We can’t wait to come back!

Great place for a family vacation.

The house is clean and roomy offering plenty of space to relax and have fun for both the adults and kids. The location is perfect with restaurants within walking distance and the mountain just a short drive. Highly recommend this home. Wodefinitely

Family Ski Trip

Beautiful, clean, updated house with all amenities. Heather was responsive and helpful before and during our trip. Great location- close to water park, ski mountains, restaurants.

Short escape

The house looks beautiful. A lot of rooms for sleeping. Kids enjoyed playing either inside the house and outside on the snow. Dog friendly. Short distance to snow tubing . Perfect communication with The owners of property. Definitely coming back. I’d recommend this house to anyone.

This house is the nicest VRBO I have stayed in. There is plenty of room for 4 adults, 5 kids, and 1 german shepard. It was clean had everything we needed.

Perfect Lake House !

This home was very clean, extremely roomy and the location to Big Boulder is fantastic. It’s about a 3 minute drive to the slopes! There are plenty of restaurants nearby (walking distance, especially in the warmer months). We had a great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay here in this beautiful cabin felt home. It was so clean and well maintained and beautifully decorated. Our family spent Thanksgiving here and it was perfect. We highly recommend this home.

Perfect getaway

Heather & Bill's place is the perfect lake getaway house. Heather was very quick to answer any questions I had. Location is great. Short walk to nearby restaurants and the lake. The house has everything you need. The kitchen had EVERYTHING we needed for dinner, some rentals lack in this department. The teenagers kept busy with the table games and being outside. The downstairs was the perfect spot for them to hang out. House was very clean. I surprised my husband for his birthday with this getaway. We will consider this home again if we return to Lake Harmony. My daughters already asked to return :) Thank you Heather & Bill!!

First time using Vrbo couldn’t say how easy it was! The property that we rented was exactly what was stated, extremely clean, had everything that u needed to enjoy your stay. Very comfortable and welcoming. Location was great definitely walking distance to restaurants and gift shop. We really enjoyed feeding the deers they visited the property everyday. I would definitely rent again. Thank you!

Mommies weekend

The house was AMAZING! Everything was clean and perfect. The owners had everything that 5 moms could need in a kitchen!! The view of the lake from the front enclosed porch and the chairs on the steps up to the house was soo peaceful!! Our weekend was incredibly relaxing!! Thank you for sharing your home with us!!

Wonderful, relaxing getaway for a few days

Beautiful property and great location! The house looked just like the photos and was within walking distance to the few restaurants at Lake Harmony. It's a short drive to Hickory Run which was nice, and the owner had a board full of restaurants, places to visit, etc. that we definitely took of advantage of for ideas (along with a basket full of brochures, magazines, etc. of things to do in the Poconos). It was the perfect place to come back to and relax in after a day of hiking and exploring. Added bonus was the family of deer that came by the house each morning and afternoon for a bit. We would definitely rent this house again!

Girls Weekend Away

Second time staying at this lovely property. Perfect girls’ weekend away in the Fall season to celebrate two birthdays. House is very clean and has a nice backyard area with deer who came by to visit for a bit. We’ll be back again!

Perfect house! Everything was better than expected

We had an amazing vacation at this lovely Lake Harmony house. It is on the quiet side of the lake. A safe walk to restaurant and ice cream. Easy parking. You can see the lake from the porch and the little table in the front. We walked the canoe down to the lake for some time on the water. The house has a great layout where we had a lot of common space: large table, big sofas, wonderful backyard. The rooms were also great for private time. There is a bathroom on each floor with the half bath on the top floor. Lastly, the house and yard are beautifully decorated. We felt at home AND on vacation from the moment we walked in.

Wonderful Stay

My husband and I had a wonderful 2 week stay in Lake Harmony with my parents, adult daughter and our two corgis. The house is a very short walk to not only the boat ramp, but to most restaurants in Lake Harmony. Enjoyed the live music at Nick’s on a number of nights! The street the house is on was nice to walk the dogs…not a lot of traffic. The house has been beautifully renovated and is quite comfortable. There are quite a few stairs to get to the main floor, both out front and through the garage/basement, so those who have mobility issues might have a tough time. We never felt on top of one another, there was enough room to spread out and do a puzzle, watch TV or read. The bedrooms are all separated to provide privacy or not hear the others snoring :) They all have AC and TVs. The kitchen is new and well stocked for those who like to prepare meals at home. Several nights we used the fire pit and did some stargazing. There was a Mama deer and her two fawns that would play amongst the trees and ferns behind the house. They were so cute! We did have a couple of hiccups with the AC (user error) and the internet (storms) but Heather was quick to respond to my questions. This was probably the best house we have rented in all the years we have been vacationing in the Poconos. Great house for families!

Perfect 80th Birthday Weekend

There were 8 family members celebrating my dad's 80th birthday. Heather's home was perfect. We had more than enough room for everyone. Heather made my planning process so easy. She was quick to respond to my many questions. Lol The attention to detail of this home is amazing. The backyard is fantastic. We spent alot of time out there. This house is so close to the restuarants and lake. We will definitely be back. I am not even going to waste my time looking at other homes. Thank you Heather for sharing your wonderful home with us.

Beautiful House

Heather was wonderful with the entire process. The outside of the house is beautifully landscaped! The inside of the house was spotless and had everything necessary to enjoy our stay. Great location, very close to town and we were able to walk for meals! Very close to trails and Big Boulder Mountain too!

Cannot say enough good!

Not only was Lake Harmony beautiful and the location amazing, but the actual house was stunning. A perfect getaway for my kiddo and I over the holiday. Closeby to stores (walking distance to great restaurants!), and across (2 minute walk) from boat slip/dock. Also very central to lots of amazing hiking trails of which we did several. The inside is spacious, so clean and literally has every amenity one could want. The outside (front and back) are beautiful outlooks. Close enough to streets, but quiet and private enough without feeling too remote/isolated which would make me personally uncomfy! Beautiful sitting areas, kitchen, outdoor and fire pit. Cute family of deer that meander through yard twice per day, and just different experience there versus here. Heather was so amazing and quickly and throughly responded to my manyyy questions. Couldn’t have asked for a better host, or experience. We will definitely be back to enjoy more of the lake and hikes and especially the beautiful, clean and cozy house. We didn’t want to leave! Thank you Heather!!! :)

Ladies weekend

Gorgeous home! We were there when the fall leaves were at their peak! The owner was quick to reply back with questions about wineries etc . I left behind something of sentimental value and she was kind enough to mail it back quickly.

My family is from the Lehighton area. I have always enjoyed going up there to visit as a child. When my aunt inherited this cabin she rented the cabin out for families to enjoy as well. We hope you enjoy the cabin and the area as much as our family has.

Lake Harmony has been a beautiful retreat for our family to share for many decades..We have a very quaint, tight knit community at the lake..Many of us have lived here a long time in which we passed down our homes for many generations..Lake Harmony is one of the first established lake communities in the Pocono mountains..You will feel heart-warming upon entering our community!

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

My home will be renovated inside and out. The only thing original is the dining room table that all renters love. We spend a lot of time on the front sun-room in Summer as well in the Winter...We have a glimmer of the lake located across the street...Our property consists of huge Hemlock trees, rhododendron trees, mountain laurel. ferns, etc...The deer are soo tame here you can hand-feed them out in the back yard! They come begging anytime, day or night...Don't forget to bring some extra snacks for them.. It doesn't get any better than this!!!....I promise!!
