Profitez de la vue et relaxez vous sous le soleil ou les etoiles de Madrid depuis votre terrasse privée.
Cet appartement vous offre le meilleur emplacement dans un quartier calme, mais branché appelé Conde Duque. Situé a quelques pas de Malasaña, Chueca, le Palacio Real, Plaza de España et Gran Via, vous pourrez faire toutes vos visites a pieds.
Mais si vous préférez prendre le metro, 4 lignes passent juste a cote.
Au coin de la rue vous avez un supermarché et un marché local.
L'appartement a été rénové et il a été conçu par un grand studio d'architectes.
D’une superficie de 50m2 il vous offre une chambre a coucher avec lit de 140x200cm, une salle de bain avec douche, un salon/salle a manger avec cuisine américaine plus une terrasse de 24m2 orientée Sud / Est.
Lorsqu’il y a 3 personnes nous fournissons les draps pour le canapé-lit du salon (140x200cm).
Je serai disponible lors de votre séjour pour toute information nécessaire et pour faire en sorte que votre séjour se passe à merveille.

Perfect in every way

Location, decor, cleanliness, comfort and communication were all top tier. The balcony is spacious and beautiful with plants and chairs and an amazing view. Probably the best VRBO I’ve ever stayed in

The property is wonderful and the location is excellent. It is very nicely furnished and appointed and the view from the deck is a delight. Ludovic was a perfect host. A short walk to many restaurants and historical sites. Close to bus and metro so getting around is very easy. Highly recommended.

Great apartment in a wonderful location

Ludovic’s Place was great for our week in Madrid. The main living area is spacious and bright, and you’ll have an expensive view of the city from the deck. It’s a clean, modern space in an older building with a great location. We walked to all of the things we wanted to see from Retiro Park to the Palace. The bedroom is small, but the bed very comfortable. Great to have the clothes washer and the kitchen was well stocked.

The Epitome of a Great VRBO

My wife and I have stayed in VRBO's for many years in Canada and across Europe and this one ranks with the very best. Host Ludovic met us at the flat and responded to all our queries subsequently. The flat is really well located with a beautiful penthouse aura -- the only downside was that we were unable to use the balcony because of a week of rain. We like to cook and the flat had everything with stores and restaurants very handy as well. The flat is super clean and very well maintained. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. It was our first time in Madrid and we were delighted with this accommodation.

This is a great property. Fantastic location, friendly area. Ludvic is very welcoming and helpful with lots of local recommendations. The balcony is perfect although we were busy so we were not able to take advantage of it. We will just have to come back!

Home away from home in Madrid

My husband & I had been in Spain and beyond for over 2 weeks and ended our trip to Madrid. We were very pleased with the accommodations Ludovic provided with his apartment. It was wonderful to come "home" after long days of sightseeing and relax in the living room with a glass of wine. We only wished we could have stayed another day or two. It was in a quiet neighborhood which provided a good night's sleep, too! Thank you, Ludovic, for your recommendations of activities and restaurants as well; it was so helpful!

Great Place to stay in Madrid

The peaceful location near the city center offers the best of both worlds. The comprehensive manual provided valuable information about activities and amenities, making it easy to plan and enjoy our stay. Additionally, the owner met us and gave us a great overview. The wine that was there for us on arrival exceeded our expectations!convenience and hospitality.

Excellent apartment with great views

We loved this apartment! It was in a great neighborhood and we loved walking around the area for shopping and cafes. The apartment was well stocked with everything we needed. The best part were the beautiful views from the living room and the awesome outdoor patio. The apartment was full of sunshine and was decorated very nicely. The owner was very kind and helpful.

Amazing Penthouse Madrid Location

Amazing centrally located Penthouse in Madrid … my oldest daughter and I loved our stay. Ludovic was kind and very welcoming with well written suggestions for things to do and wear to eat. The bottle of wine was lovely while taking in the terrace view. Would definitely stay again when visiting Madrid.

A perfect apartment!

I have stayed in many apartments and this is definitely one of the very best in terms of facilities and the view from the beautiful rooftop terrace. The communication with Ludovic was excellent and the apartment was exactly as described, very well equipped, comfortable bed and spotlessly clean. The location is perfect for exploring Madrid, with the metro station close by. The apartment is also in an interesting area with restaurants and a very good supermarket just minutes away. But the best feature of all is the terrace, which provides amazing views over the rooftops, and is perfect for sunbathing and an evening drink. The apartment is also very quiet; considering it’s in the city centre, it really feels very peaceful and away from the noise of the city. I am sure we will return.

Perfect location! Perfect accommodation! Perfect host!

Loved this place in the Malasana district of Madrid. Beautiful terrace and decor. Great location to walk to everything with many places to eat and buy a few groceries. Ludovic was the perfect host, he recommended a flamenco show which he booked for us as well as booking our car to the airport upon departure. I would highly recommend for a couple staying in Madrid.

Perfect location with amazing terrace views.

The location is perfect. We walked everywhere we wanted to go in the city while staying on a quiet street. The views from the terrace were incredible. We wish it were warmer, but not really something in the control of our host! Communication was excellent and the recommendations and assistance with tickets for the Flamenco show was above and beyond. Would highly recommend and would stay there again for sure.

Citoyen du monde, Je suis né en France et j’ai voyagé la plus grande partie de ma vie.
J’ai posé mes valises a Madrid en 2011 et je suis tombé amoureux de la ville, de ses habitants, de sa qualité de vie et de ses spécialités culinaires, mais également de ce petit coin de paradis dans le ciel de Madrid.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Quand j’ai visité cet appartement pour la premiere fois, j’ai été saisi par la vue extraordinaire qu’offre la terrasse. Je suis sûr que vous serez également émerveillés.
L’ appartement fut rénové entièrement en 2015 par un studio d’architectes de Madrid, nous lui avons donné un look industriel et y avons incorporé des matériaux nobles.
C’est un endroit tres calme et baigné par la lumière du soleil du matin au soir.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

La terrasse est un de des atouts majeurs mais l’intérieur de l’appartement est également tres agréable avec ses hauts plafonds et ses poutres d’époque.
