Belle 3 Chambre plage / 2 salles de bain boîte de style maison privée. Comprend deux chambres avec des lits king size et une chambre avec un ensemble de lits superposés. 8 personnes. Extrêmement calme, quartier résidentiel venez profiter de la vie d'un Outerbanker. Tous les nouveaux et entièrement rénové. Douche extérieure, barbecue barbecue au propane, cour clôturée, les animaux de compagnie. Une rue de Bay Drive à distance de marche du Sound et de la plage.

Les locations pour les week-ends et les semaines partielles sont disponibles en basse saison à partir de 350 $ pour un minimum de 2 nuits (dernière semaine de septembre - semaine avant Pâques). Des semaines partielles pendant les vacances sont également une option. S'il vous plaît message moi pour un devis.

Great Property

Had a great time with a few friends, comfy beds, nice area, great sunset look outs near by, and nice cooking amenities (grill was great!). Host was super communicative and helpful!

Great Stay

This was our second year staying here. This is going to be a yearly event with our friends. The house was exceptionally clean, plenty of pots/pans, dishes and utensils. Loved the fenced in backyard for our dogs. Easy to communicate with Jennifer. Beds were very comfortable. Will be back next year.

Nice, cozy place!

Stayed a couple of nights at the place. Was clean and comfy! A short walk away from the waterfront and a short drive to the shops ans restaurants. Had a great time and my dog loved it too!

Excellent Place to Stay!

We loved our stay. The house was the perfect size for us and having a fenced area for our dog for quick potty breaks was awesome. Loved the proximity to everything we wanted to do during our stay and communicating with the owner was just lovely. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation and I recommend this home highly if you're looking for a nice quiet place to stay!

Family vaca

House was spotless and had everything we needed. Neighborhood was super quiet and just a short walk to the Hayman St gazebo to watch the sunset. Great area for riding bikes or going for a walk/run. Maybe a 5 min drive to the nearest beach access. Very conveniently located.

Another great week!

This was our second year staying in this sweet little spot and, once again, we have no complaints. We love the location and its easy proximity to both sea and sound. I do recommend a white noise machine or fan if you’re a light sleeper. I anticipate we’ll return again next year!

Quiet setting, one of our best vacations!

My husband and I, his sister and her husband joined us to celebrate husband's birthday. We had a wonderful time and the house was lovely, just as advertised. The owner was prompt in answering any questions and very helpful. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending this property. Neighborhood was very nice and quiet.

So nice

Our stay was so enjoyable. Perfect location for us. Short drive to see sunrise and sunsets! The weather was unseasonably chilly, but the sun warms the front deck in the late afternoon, and we loved sitting in it. Beds were comfortable, house was clean, had everything we needed. Thankfully blessed!

Comfortable Accommodations with convenient location

Our first time visit to the Outer Banks and it did not disappoint! Jenny’s house was just perfect for our stay. Outfitted with all of the comforts of home. Plenty of towels, comfortable beds. Nice kitchen area for breakfast and simple meals at home. Very good grill for the perfect burger or steak. The location is central to many areas of interest. Very safe walkable neighborhood and bay side walk bike path.

Thoroughly enjoyable

This space was perfect for our group of 8 + pets. It was well appointed and situated in a quiet neighborhood within a few minutes walk of the sound. The beds were comfy and there were plenty of blankets to snuggle under on the unexpected chilly nights. We cooked a couple of big meals and had everything we needed, although a few large bowls and leftover containers would have been helpful. Sound does travel when others are moving around, so bring some white noise if you’re a late sleeper.The bathrooms were roomy enough for our needs and there were plenty of towels, although no washcloths so I had to run out and buy some…but that was no biggie. The laundry facilities were super accessible and handy and the fenced in deck and backyard kept our fur babies safe. We will likely book again for next year. Can’t wait to return!

Good Location, Squeaky beds

Staying her was enjoyable, economical, and worked well for our short family trip. One drawback is that we found the beds very noisy and squeaky, which was unexpected and unpleasant. The rest of the site was fine.

even though it was a rainy weekend: the cottage was so nice and cozy, i sat on the balcony and enjoyed the breeze. i needed quite and relaxation and that is what I got. Thank you to the great experience.

Great house for a long weekend for our family of 3 plus a fur baby! My 10 year old bookworm went gaga for the full shelf of books available! House was clean and had everything we needed!

Enjoy time on OBX close to our family

Enjoyed time with our family at OBX area. Very convenient distance to all that we wanted to visit and close to our friends and family living at OBX area. House pretty clean and in quiet neighborhood, close to bay area, nice to go for a walk around. House has nice kids bedroom with some toys for them. However would be nice some instruction how to switch Cable TV however I was glad we didnt figure this out since we spend time together without electronic :). Could be nice maybe have some sugar and little milk or creamer or teabags at least to be able to make coffee first thing in the morning but nearby store covered this. Overall thank you that we could stay for few nights.

Soundside Christmas Early

We rented this home for 5 days. We had our daughter, son-in-law and grands come for Christmas breakfast at Henry's and then we came back to the house and opened gifts. I had even put up a tabletop tree. They left after our time together. The house is cute. Bedding was clean & fresh, bathrooms were clean, floors vacummed, many utensils and pots & pans were greasy/sticky, we had to wash everything before using. Grilling tools hanging by back door look like they never got washed after their last use, nasty. Livingroom was dusty, fireplace did not work. I dusted and wiped countertops with Clorox wipes. Hall and one kitchen light bulb blew out and my husband went to Ace and bought new ones and installed them. House is very dark at night. Cheap bulbs/lighting. It is nice there is no cleaning fee, but they ask folks to clean behind themselves (which we did), but understand not everyone does. Great place to stay but you might need to clean when you get there and before you leave. Bring a flashlight!

Cute, Spacious House in Quiet Neighborhood - Convenient to Sound and Beach!

Great location, convenient to both beach and sound (and walking distance to Kitty Hawk Bay). Home has plenty of space, tons of movies, books and games, and a great fenced porch / backyard setup! Friendly and responsive host. Thank you!

We our a happily married couple with 4 children together and are self employed in the heating and air conditioning business. I grew up in California and my husband is from Virginia Beach. We are residents of Kitty Hawk, North Carolina.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

This was our vacation home on the Outer Banks before we permanently located to Kitty Hawk. It is close to all amenities and attractions that the Outer Banks has to offer but peaceful and tranquil so you can enjoy your vacation.

Weekend and Partial week rentals are also available during the off season starting at $400 for a minimum of 2 nights (Last week of September - week before Easter). Partial weeks over the Holidays are an option also. Please message me for a quote.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

The unique location gives you safety and peace of mind. Quiet residential area with a scenic walking area all up and down the between soundfront. A Gazebo is jointly owned by the community for your pleasure. There is a community boat ramp to launch in the neighborhood.
