Private Hot Tub, 1/2 Mile to Lift, New Construction, Modern Home, 3 Bedrooms with ensuite baths, Mountain Views, Chef’s Kitchen, Gas BBQ, heated concrete floors for clean comfort.

Welcome to Paradise Condos, 70 Marmot Circle. We just finished construction on this 2250 square foot stand-alone condo unit and it is ready for your enjoyment. We are located 1/2 miles from the village. You can walk to the village or take the free shuttle on weekends or a short 2-minute drive. After a great day on the slopes, you can soak in your private hot tub with mountain views, or you can relax on the comfortable Italian leather sofas in front of a toasty gas fireplace. You will enjoy the chef’s kitchen with everything you need to cook on the modern gas stove. If you would prefer to grill there is a weber gas grill on the deck. We supply yoga matts so you can work out the kinks as you watch the beautiful sunrise in the morning. You will enjoy sleeping in 3 ensuite bedrooms with attached baths. Perfect for 3 couples or families with kids. The house has heated concrete floors to keep you toasty warm. You will park in a heated garage or on a heated driveway outside. You can dry all your ski gear in the heated laundry room with dry racks and boot dryers.

As you enter the building on the ground floor there is a bedroom with a queen over queen bunk bed (with memory foam mattress) and an ensuite bath for privacy. The bunk bed was custom built with plenty of head room for adults on both the top and bottom bunk. A laundry room with large capacity washer and dryer and boot / ski clothes drying station. You can store your skis and and park in the heated garage.

The second floor has two master suites with private ensuite bathrooms, each room with a queen bed and memory foam mattress. You will enjoy the luxurious rain head showers with marble floors and quartz walls.

The third floor is one large great room for hanging with your crew. You will love the open modern kitchen with all new stainless appliances (gas range / oven), dining table that comfortably seats 8, Italian leather sofas around the gas fireplace, 55-inch TV with free high speed wifi, private hot tub with views of the mountain and forest, a gas barbecue, and yoga matts to help stretch out after skiing. All the wood furniture was custom built by our friends at Misty Mountain Furniture in Sandpoint.

We know you will enjoy our new modern mountain home. In the future we will be finishing the construction of the other 5 units in the development. Next year book early and take advantage of the opportunity to rent multiple homes to accommodate larger groups. Or message me this year to see about coordinating rentals with multiple buildings.

Parking onsite for 3 cars (2 outside and 1 in the garage). The driveway is heated, but the road into the development is not. We plow on a regular basis but a vehicle with all wheel drive could be needed depending on the weather conditions.

The front entrance has a ring floodlight camera. We record video and audio for security and to assist with check in. The camera only views the front entrance. The host lives nearby on the mountain and is available to help with check in, or mountain orientation (happy to take a few turns and show you the mountain). The door has a smart lock for your easy access.

A few key items to note: We drain and clean the hot tub after each guest. On occasion we will have a same day turn. This could limit the time available to fully heat the hot tub prior to your arrival on the first day. This doesn’t happen often but could happen due to our strict cleaning practices regarding the hot tub. If this is a question you can message me and I can give you more details on the schedule, etc.

There is a drip coffee maker in the kitchen with filters. We provide one 12-ounce bag of ground coffee from our friends at Evans Brothers in Sandpoint. This may (or may not) be sufficient for your stay (depending on the number of folks staying, the length of stay, your personal coffee consumption, etc) therefore if you feel one bag isn’t enough then please plan accordingly.
The shuttle runs on weekends and holidays. The Shuttle schedule and contact information can be found in the guest book.

Amazing views. Amazing hospitality.

We had an amazing time staying here. The views were stunning. The property was immaculate. The host was responsive, polite, and accommodating. The shuttle from the front door to Schweitzer was icing on the cake. 10/10. Will definitely stay again.

Super nice and very clean condo!

Great spot! We will definitely be returning. It had everything you’d need to feel at home. The heated driveway and garage was luxury.The on demand shuttles on the ski season was super fast as well.

Schweitzer Trip

Overall the place made for a great stay. The owner was very responsive and kind. The location of the property was convenient in regard to getting to the village. Be prepared for A LOT of stairs as the unit is 3 floors with the kitchen/living area at the top floor. Probably not a good place for elderly. Also, due to the cleaning of the hot tub after each stay, it was not hot when we arrived, which was okay as we preferred it clean. But noting so that guests are aware you will likely not be able to use the hot tub on your first night. Especially if checking in on a Sunday like our group did.

Wonderful week spent in Schweitzer!

The condo we stayed in was beautiful, clean and had everything we could ever need for our two families. The hot tub was pristine, the kitchen was immaculate and the living room had beautiful windows that gave us a view of the ski runs. It’s in a great location to the village and there is a free shuttle that picks you up and brings you back all throughout the day. Our kids played outside for hours and hours without a worry because it’s such a safe area. I would highly recommend booking these condos for your trip to Schweitzer!

Perfect Ski stay

We stayed here the last week of February 2025 and absolutley loved it! The location relative to the ski base area was a brief 2 minute drive, and the views from our unit were spectacular. Our host Rob was available for any questions immediately, and he was very friendly and most helpful. The unit was better than described and the cleanliness was top shelf. 100% perfect! We were three adults for the week, with one other adult for the last day or two. Perfectly comfortable accomodations. The hot tub was so convenient and sparkling clean! Ski storage and heated garage as well as laundry, boot dryers, etc were obviously planned by a skier. The unit is brand new and I would strongly recomend staying here if you are skiing at Schweitzer!!

Great weekend getaway!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was super CLEAN, and warm. The radiant heat in the concrete floors was super comfortable. The house is brand new and everything was in great shape - photos are totally accurate. The Views of the mountain were Great! Each morning we enjoyed watching the sun light up the slopes from our living room, toasty fireplace, great coffee! At night we enjoyed the private hot tub - we could see the groomers moving up and down the slopes. Super cool. The house was about 1/2 mile from the lifts. We used the free shuttle and it was really easy. One night we walked to the village for apres - easy walk and fun village. Skiing was FANTASTIC. The grooming on this mountain is great! Also no lines to speak of, and the food options on the hill were great. Host was really cool. Great communication and helpful. The first morning of our stay we ended up skiing a few runs with the host, kind of a mini mountain orientation. We will definitely stay again next year. Next time we will plan a trip with three couples as each of the bedrooms is an ensuite so super convenient and private for each couple to have their own space. Would highly recommend this place.
