This 1B/1Ba Tempe Town Lake Studio is 5 minute cab ride from the airport and is walking distance to Mill Ave, ASU, Marquee Theater, Tempe Center for the Arts, and Tempe Town Beach Park. Enjoy a queen bed, dedicated workspace, kitchen, and large closet.

We charge a cleaning fee, but don't expect our guests to do any chores! When you're ready to check out, just walk out and leave the rest to us!

Check-in is contactless through a smart lock and key pad. There are spare keys on-site to ensure there isn't a lock out.

We offer a two hour early check-in and two hour late check-out that can be requested for a separate $25 fee for either time window. Any requests need to be made 48 hours before check-in so the cleaning staff can make the necessary arrangements.

Laundry is available on-site. There is only one washer and one dryer for the whole building, so planning ahead is important. Each machine is quarter-operated and $1.50 per wash and dry cycle. (6 quarters per cycle = 12 quarters required to wash and dry).

The Smart TV can access any guest-provided streaming services. The TV does not have cable, satellite, channels, or a DVD or VHS player.

For the guest's safety the apartment door is under video surveillance - entirely external for guest's privacy.
