Mostly wonderful

We were very happy with the location and accommodations. The property is well maintained with great approximation to the beach, restaurants, coffee shops, and markets. The only complaint we have is with the nightly entertainment at the Lava Lava Restaurant/Bar on the other side of the adjoining fence. Their food and view are great, but the music, particularly the bass, is loud and will keep you awake until they stop playing, promptly at 9:00 p.m. In every other respect, we enjoyed our stay and will recommend it to our friends.

Both sunrise and sunsets can be seen from this property.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lae Nani Ala Kukui is our favorite place to be while visiting Kauai. This corne, ground level unit is quiet and peaceful. We feel like we are in our own little world here. The unit is well maintained, very clean and has all the amenities we need. The grounds are immaculate and the neighbors are friendly and respectful. We love being a few quick steps to the beach and BBQ grills. It’s nice to have the LavaLava lounge, the Coconut Market and two bakeries all within walking distance

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit is in a perfect location on as it is the middle of the island. A/C is in the bedroom and living room although the ocean breeze there is best. The unit has been updated, bed is comfortable, has plenty off equipment for cooking, There are restaurants within walking distance. It was very easy to contact the rental personnel. I have rented this unit multiple times and look forward to returning. The pool and ocean are just a few feet from the Lani.
