Ce Hilton Head Island villa est lumineuse et spacieuse - parfait pour vos prochaines vacances à la plage! Il est un excellent emplacement à quelques pas de la plage avec une vue magnifique sur le lagon et tous les nouveaux tapis, la peinture et de nouveaux traitements de fenêtre sur mesure. Master bain dispose d'un lavabo double avec douche et baignoire jacuzzi. Cuisine, avec un bar pour quatre, donne sur une salle à manger avec des sièges pour six (et l'accès à véranda lagon côté). TV / DVD dans le salon et la chambre principale. Salon dispose d'un accès au porche couvert.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The vacation rental was in a great location, easily accessible to the beach, Lava gym, local eateries, golf courses, and stores. It was comfortable and well-equipped with necessities for short—or long-term rentals. The rental was clean and very comfortable. Our stay was in October, and the weather was nice enough to ride bikes on the beach. The property is well maintained and quiet. We did have an issue with main suite shower. Water leaked from the shower if the shower head was centered and not shifted to the left. The staff was professional, listened to our concerns about the shower, and assured us it would be fixed. Overall, we would return and consider Palmetto Dunes an excellent vacation place.

Location is nice

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Villa is old, outdated, and needs improvements in the main bathroom. Although it’s located in a nice area, didn’t know the neighboring villa’s tenants would be above my head. Stomping noises all day. I wouldn’t have picked this villa, had I known. Best part is the peace outside in either patio.

Ideal Get Away

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What a great location. Nice and secluded on a lagoon. We were able to watch the kayakers go by in the mornings. The alligator paid a visit a couple of the lagoon....not the condo! The condo itself is so comfortable. Nice and quiet. Very clean. We will definitely be booking this location again. We are golfers and the location of the courses to the condo were within 3-5 minutes. Arthur Hills is about a 1 minute drive! Thanks so much for a beautiful week in your beautiful condo.

Huntington Villa

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was ok...could stand to be updated some....The kitchen could use some additional items...baking sheets, bowls, etc. The price is what attracted us....we stayed at Huntington Villas last year and that units price went up $1000 for the same two weeks. That is the problem. We probably will not be back due to the price and find other options.

Hilton Head Huntington Area

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Huntington area was a great place for a family vacation. The location is close to the beach with a short hike from any of the Huntington buildings. I was disappointed in the condition of our condominium. The furniture was terrible with several broken chairs in the dining room and old outdated couches and chairs. The floor was an old carpet that always felt dirty. The walls were in desperate need of some fresh paint as there were scuffs and marks throughout the house. I would not stay in this location again although we did have a much nicer unit last year. We were hoping for a similar experience but Palmetto Dunes doesn't seem to hold all their units to the same standards. I called to complain and they gave me a $75 gift certificate but for $4,000 I would have rather just had a nicer unit.

Beautiful views easy beach access

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Easy access to the beach a 5 minute walk. Nice layout but not very well equipped for a rental. Living room furniture uncomfortable. TV over fireplace too high and uncomfortable for viewing and fireplace not working. Master bathroom shower terrible shower head. Only 1 hand towel and 2bath towels per guest. Some of the glasses were left dirty.

Mixed Bag of Paradise

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Villa was spacious and well-layed out; comfortable and across the street from the wonderful wide beach. Plenty of activities in Palmetto Dunes, as well as in neighboring Shelter Cove Harbor & Marina. The bad news was that the two porches for this villa were filthy dirty and hadn't been scrubbed in a long, long time. This spoiled our use of them and sitting out to enjoy the picturesque view of the lagoon in back of the villa. When were they cleaned last...beginning of the summer??

Great place, needs a good clean.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The space is great! It’s much larger and roomier than the pictures show. We loved how close to the beach it was and the lagoon provided a great atmosphere. Only complaint was that it didn’t feel clean at all, specifically the bathrooms. There were hairs and other “things” that weren’t ours all over the floors and in the linens. We were also rushed out the day we left. We were supposed to have til 10 and the cleaning staff showed up at 8 and kept pestering us to come in. I have young children and needed the time and didn’t appreciate the added stress.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great space for family of 4. Loved having two porches. Kitchen and bathrooms did not seem clean upon arrival. Bed sheets were dingy and need to be replaced. Master shower door doesn't close all the way, so water gets on the floor.

Villa by the Lagoon

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent the winter months in this comfortable villa. We found it to be well stocked and met our needs. The location makes it a short walk to the beach and the amenities Palmetto Dunes offers. We enjoyed spending time on the screened in porch watching the wildlife at the lagoon and the boaters and kayakers passing by. The Resort’s location also gives easy access to the many excellent restaurants and activities Hilton Head has.
