Whether you are coming to Franklin to explore or catch up with old friends or family, you have found your spot. For those who prefer to go out, our house is centrally located near local coffee shops, restaurants and boutiques.
Location:
- Minutes to downtown Franklin
- 20 min to Leipers Fork
- 30 minutes to Nashville.

- Family amenities: Pickler Triangle, Nugget Couch, and Arcade.

- Newly renovated and professionally decorated.
- Every Bedroom and both living rooms have Smart T.V.s
Sleeping arrangements:
- Primary Suite - king sized bed and an ensuite bathroom.
- 1st Guest room - Two twin beds
- 2nd Guest room - 1 queen bed

QUIET HOURS. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until sunrise. Quiet hours consist of no loud music and keeping all audio at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents.
OCCUPANTS. The total number of individuals staying on the Premises should not exceed 6. If more than the authorized number of guests listed above are found on the Premises, this Agreement will be subject to termination by the Host. Please let us know in advance if you plan to have any visitors at the property.
LONG STAYS: More the two weeks we charge an additional $50 every two weeks. Example 14 nights = $50 extra cleaning fee. 28 nights or more = extra $100 and so on.
Extra Charges: A $50 extra cleaning fee will be added if confetti or glitter is used for a party and requires extra cleaning. Pet: If you bring a pet and there is excessive pet hair on the furniture and in the bedrooms an additional cleaning cost may be incurred.
SMOKING POLICY. Smoking on the Premises is prohibited. Guests will be charged the $850 (yes its a lot, but this is the cheapest option we can find) it costs to get a company to come and get rid of the smell of smoke if our cleaner can not get rid of it.
