Welcome to Little Royale in Duck! Just a short walk to the oceanfront in the charming Bias Shores community, this spacious 6-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home is an ideal escape. Discover a blend of classic coastal charm and modern comforts, all set just moments from downtown Duck’s famous dining, shopping, and entertainment.
Wake up to sunrises on Duck's wide, sandy beaches and unwind with spectacular sunsets from the community's private soundfront dock, complete with a cozy gazebo. Make the most of your days with exclusive access to the Bias Shores amenities, including a community pool, tennis courts, and both beach and sound access – offering year-round relaxation and adventure.
Little Royale offers plenty of room to gather, relax, and unwind. The top level features an open, airy living area with vaulted ceilings, sunlight streaming in, and large decks that invite you to lounge and enjoy the ocean breeze. Sip morning coffee or an evening cocktail on the screened porch, perfect for a cozy, peaceful escape.
On the mid level, four inviting bedrooms – two with direct deck access – await after a day at the beach. Slip into the luxurious hot tub on the mid level deck for a soothing soak under the stars. The ground level is equipped with a versatile mudroom/utility room, as well as a sixth bedroom, and a full bath, providing flexibility for larger groups or family gatherings.
