At the aptly named Sunshine Retreat, your journey of exploration in this dynamic destination begins, a trendy studio tucked away in a peaceful neighborhood perfect for a romantic couple’s retreat or solo travelers alike.

The Space:
Venturing out to spend a day at the beach or explore the rich cultural tapestry of the city will be a literal breeze, the home within close proximity to both and providing ample opportunities for fun in the sun. By sea, take a scenic boat cruise along the Intercoastal Waterway or a thrilling airboat ride through the Everglades. On land, immerse yourself in mesmerizing masterpieces at the NSU Art Museum or marvel at the captivating exhibits at the Museum of Discovery and Science. Of course, you must also set aside some time to explore the shopping and dining scene offering everything from quaint seaside cafes to award winning restaurants and eclectic boutiques.

Recently renovated and refurnished, the studio’s interior will be your own personal hub to refresh and rejuvenate between adventures, equipped with exactly everything you need to maximize your stay. A comfy sofa invites you to kick up your feet while you keep up with episodes of all your favorite shows on the mounted smart TV. The kitchenette stores all your snacks and beverages while offering up cookware, dining ware, a coffee maker, and microwave for warming up those delicious leftovers.

This home comfortably sleeps 2 guests in a luxurious queen size bed fitted with crisp linens and soft blankets for a great night’s sleep.

• This home is a sister unit to Sunshine House, also located on the property. You may encounter other guests coming and going during your stay.
• Pet friendly! Maximum 2 pets, 55 lbs. or less allowed. No aggressive breeds or exotic animals. A flat pet fee of $180 will be required in addition to your final booking cost. To pay your pet fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking. To avoid fines, please pick up after your pets.

Greater Fort Lauderdale has 300 miles of inner waterways, leading to the nickname of ‘Venice of America’ and fun activities like gondola rides and water taxis. Along Las Olas Boulevard, explore shopping, dining, and the historic districts, or take a walk down Fort Lauderdale's landscaped beachfront promenade, with its signature white wave wall and paved brick path. Day trips are a great idea with nearby destinations like Everglades National Park (40 minutes) and Miami (30 minutes).
