Magnifique et spacieux accès au golfe Villa Cortona avec plus de 2500 m² de climatisation et offre un plan d'étage ouvert de 4 chambres et 3 salles de bains, parfait pour ceux qui ont une grande famille ou ceux qui aiment simplement les espaces privés. Cette retraite tropicale isolée est située au bout d'une rue calme sur un terrain surdimensionné avec une belle vue sur le canal privé. La grande entrée de la salle familiale est encadrée d'une ouverture cintrée et de colonnes en pierre.

La cuisine est équipée d'appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable, d'armoires sur mesure, de comptoirs en granit, d'un coin repas et d'un bar, de nombreuses assiettes, de verres, d'ustensiles de cuisine, d'une cafetière et d'un mixeur. Il y a aussi une salle à manger formelle séparée avec 6 chaises et une table en verre. La chambre familiale dispose d'un grand canapé en cuir et d'une causeuse, d'une télévision à écran LCD et d'un lecteur DVD. Le salon séparé dispose d'un grand canapé en cuir, d'un siège d'amour, d'un pouf. Il a une vue magnifique sur la piscine et le magnifique canal large.

L'accès gratuit à Internet sans fil est également disponible.

La spacieuse suite parentale comprend un lit king-size, une télévision à écran LCD et un grand placard. Les salles de bain principales sont équipées de lavabos doubles, d'une immense douche à l'italienne munie d'une douche à effet pluie double, soulignée par des colonnes en pierre et d'une baignoire îlot qui offre une retraite que la plupart des spas envieraient.

Une deuxième grande chambre contient un lit queen-size, une grande commode, une télévision à écran LCD et un placard généreux. La troisième chambre a également deux lits jumeaux dans la configuration des lits superposés, un grand placard et une grande salle de bain qui est également accessible depuis le couloir. La quatrième chambre a un lit king size, TV LCD et placard généreux.

Lanai dispose d'une piscine chauffée en forme de rein avec un déversement sur le spa, une terrasse en pierre de la piscine et un plafond en bois teinté sur mesure. Spa comprend une douche latérale de la piscine et salle de bain privée. Cinq salons entourent la piscine pour bronzer et se détendre. Six chaises supplémentaires et une grande table sont disponibles sur la véranda. Il y a aussi un nouveau grand barbecue à gaz Weber près de la piscine et de nombreux ustensiles de cuisine griller dans la cuisine.

Joliment aménagé avec quai de bateau et Tiki Hut avec une vue sur le lac Laguna qui abritent des vues spectaculaires sur le coucher du soleil. Pêche en eau salée depuis le quai est très amusant pour tous.

Notre plan d'étage ouvert avec plusieurs espaces de restauration, chambres surdimensionnées et grande piscine en font une maison idéale pour plus d'une famille à partager sans se sentir le moins encombré.

42 Fabulous Days In The Cape Coral/Burnt Store Area

We had an excellent 42 day stay at the Waterfront Villa.We travel to the Fort Myers/Cape Coral area every January-February. This was our first stay in this home. We were 100% satisfied with the home and Jana, our wonderful host. We could not be more pleased.Check in communications were excellent. Jana met us at the home and gave an overview of the home and instructions on the pool/spa. The home was clean and well stocked when. Our kids spent 2 weeks with us in the home. The home handled all six of us very well. There was plenty of space for everyone. The pool and spa were great. There home is in a very nice neighborhood in the Burnt Store area. There are vacant lots on both sides which provided a little extra privacy. The pool overlooks a large portion or the canal system and the pier on the canal was great for morning coffee and quiet sunsets. We enjoyed a lot of time in the pool and on the pier. There was also a grill which was used several nights. We travel with a dog. The neighborhood was great for long walks with little or no traffic. There were a lot of walkers in the neighborhood. We felt very safe here. There were four kayaks and two bikes in the garage which we did not have time to use. The garage was a great place to store our motorcycle and motorcycle trailer during our stay. The location provides easy access to the Cape Coral area and places to the north. Plenty of stores for food and supplies within a few miles.

Peaceful Retreat

Pros 1. Large SUV fit inside garage 2. Master walk in shower delightful 3. Game room great but dartboard needs replaced 4. Relaxing backyard with the exception of construction -only saw 2 neighbors on canal side in 10 days 5. Seating at dock for 4 & firepit 6. Del Prado WalMart delivers 7. Lots of area wildlife visit dock-dolphins, stiing ray, sharks, & alligators just to name a few. 8. Kitchen well-stocked but needs baking pans 9. Kayak availability was nice, but prior guests have mistreated & broken seats. Cons 1. Roof covered in tarps & sandbags from storm 9 months ago-not expecting that 2. Front landscaping desperately needs attention- very overgrown 3. All mattresses need replaced- master was the worst- almost unbearable-hard, lumpy, & slanted toward head of bed 4. Previous guests left extra blankets filthy. 5. Construction ALL around-unexpected- Google maps does not show all the homes that have been built. It's not a secluded home due to construction & workers often played loud music. 6. Dock pylons on right side were lifted during storm last year. It is scary looking, but we had no problem using it. 7. Stools at bar & tall table were so wobbly we didn't use them. 8. Patio needs to be powerwashed 9. Lounge chair cushions dirty 10. Garage very cluttered-not neat as in pictures 11. Children's play area no longer there, but we didn't need it. The owner needs to update pictures & description so renters have an accurate idea of what to expect. Overall, we enjoyed.

Wonderful Winter Vacation Spot for Families

My family and I (4 adults and 3 kids) vacation here in December. The house is absolutely beautiful and very private. My boys enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub (I couldn’t keep the youngest out of it) and the older boys spent lots of time on the dock fishing. We all really enjoyed the paddle boards and taking them down the canal. The pool table and dart board were a huge hit with my family. We even got a family competition going with a trophy for the winner. We truly had a great time. It has been a long year for all of us and it was so nice to be able to kick back and relax. There was so much to keep us occupied that we didn’t really even have to leave the house that much. Watching the sun rise and set over the canal was amazing. The walk in double shower in the master is to die for (I’ve already told my husband we should remodel our bathroom like this). The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for everyone. We rent a home every year to vacation and this was definitely one of the best rentals we have stayed at. Jana was very kind and helpful and quick to respond when I had a question. This is definitely a 5 star rental in a quite and relaxing area and I would definitely vacation here again.

Family fall getaway

We rented this property for the beautiful view, remote location, and amazing home. 3 days into our trip hurricane Ian ripped through SW Florida. We were left without electrical plumbing. We were so lucky to be in that house. With nothing to do and nowhere to go. We spent the remainder of our days kayaking, fishing, and hanging out by the dock. We occupied our nights by playing cards and board games(which this house is fully stocked with) by candle light. Once the lanai, shingles and dock are repaired I recommend this house for any family or friends vacation.

Fantastic Place to Rest

We came as a family to unwind. Cape Coral never disappoints! We absolutely love Cape Coral. The house was very clean on arrival and as advertised! The kayaks were a hit, the pool table was likely our favorite! The pool and hot tub were great! We will certainly be back, and think we have found a place in Cape Coral we hope to visit time and time again!

Couldn't imagine anywhere better

We were in town for a baseball tournament (2 families) and while other familes stayed closer to the fields, nobody had near as nice or the amenities we did. The house was spotless and was stocked with everything you would have at home. The fridge in the house and one in the garage came in handy for all the beverages and cold items we needed to pack for our daily trip to the ballpark. There were a lot of extra towels, pillows, blankets. Like I said this place has it all. Now for all the extras... my twins played pool and poker daily with all the gaming paraphernalia available. Fishing from the dock was not good enough for my kids, they took the kayaks out and caught 4 large fish their first time out. Yes they have fishing poles here too. My daughter enjoyed her sunset bikerides around the very quiet and safe neighborhood and we all took dips in the pool. We even took the corn hole and beach chairs to the beach and the handy beach cart was so helpful. I would highly recomend this home to anyone wanting to stay in a home that litterally has it all and is away from the rush in a quiet area of town. We look forward to returning to Florida and would want to certainly stay here!

Highly recommended!

Great space and amenities for our family of 7. Pool table, darts, pool and hot tub were some of our favorites. Close to Matlache, Cape Coral, Fort Myers and local beaches! The private dock and pool deck make it perfect for any family!

Awesome relaxing vacation.

Great house and having the pool right there was wonderful perk. The only suggestion would be the gas grill and dishwasher. Not all the burners worked on the grill and dishwasher didn’t run right to clean the dishes. But the rest was perfect.

Beautiful home-

House was beautiful and the pool and spa were perfect. Beds were not comfortable and if you are wanting to go do anything you have to plan at least a 30 min drive. It was very relaxing.

Paradise!

Jana was the perfect host. The property is immaculate and inviting. The pool and jacuzzi awesome. We loved playing a few games of pool on the beautiful table and darts when it rained. The tiki hut on the dock was perfect for watching the sun rise and set. Everything was more than we hoped for and we hope to return!

The house was amazing, pool and hot tub along with a dock for fishing, all just as expected! Jana was very nice and gave us great instructions and everything was great. Whole family enjoyed.

Great games and pool

Our family stayed for a week just prior to the holidays. Jana was a great host and helped answer questions right away. We introduced our kids to poker and blackjack for the first time. Played a ton of billiards and spent many hours in the pool and hot tub. With all these amenities we hardly felt the need to leave the property which was good considering it’s over an hour to the beaches.

Lots of space for a family!

This house is very large which was perfect for our family. The pool, hot tub, pool table, kayaks bikes etc are all great! Everything you need for relaxation. Cons: multiple light bulbs out, small garbage can (doesn’t sound like a big deal except when you have to empty it repeatedly), kitchen has MINIMAL things-not a lot of pots and pans, cooking utensils, pot holders etc. kitchen sink has leak and dryer missing a handle. Additionally, the pillows are in need of replacing, as well as the very lumpy beds. This house has great potential but needs some things to make it more enjoyable. We spent most of our time at home, so cooking was a challenge. A little maintenance and extra care would make it 5 stars!!

A-MAZ-ING!!!!

Our family of 8 stayed comfortably and enjoyed every moment. The home is beautiful, great decor and color schemes, the pool is FANTASTIC, location is convenient yet peaceful and private. It wasn't pictured, but there is seating on the dock so it was even more fabulous than we could imagine! None of us had a single complaint! We could not have had a better experience with this rental, and we will certainly return again soon!! Thank you!

Strange name, great house

Having many properties from which to choose at this time of year, we let the presence of four kayaks and four bicycles be the deciding factors. Now that we are familiar with the property, we would rent again even without those extras. The house is large, clean, and very comfortable. It sits near a corner of the canal so loud boat traffic was non-existent, and the neighbors are a lot or more distant. Every morning my wife and I had morning beverages at the tiki hut on the dock and never saw a single mosquito. Every possible beach accessory was provided and then some. The only possible negative I could imagine is it would be nice if the myriad of light switches were labeled, or failing that, perhaps a laminated switch "cheat-sheet" could be placed in each room.

Nice house just needs up keep!

House was great. Located in quite area. House needs little stuff. light bulbs were out in master shower, vanity door hinge dangling, kitchen sink leaking and a bucket catching water, house had a STRONG odor from previous guest m,I’m assuming. We had to buy plug ins to not smell weed. My kids kept asking about the smell. It was on the bed bad. I could smell it in my hair when I woke up. I found an empty water bottle under the love seat like the house was not cleaned well. Overall we loved the house size layout and location it just needs up keep.

It was absolutely perfect!

Everything was amazing, the location, the house. We will be back. It was so peaceful yet so close to everything you need. The house comes with so much to keep you busy. My only suggestion is labeling light switches there was alot lol. Thanks Jana for a perfect stay.
