Beau chalet familial de 5 chambres a 365 pieds de façade de l'eau. Situé à quelques pas de Bala et à une courte distance en voiture de Gravenhurst - 1 3/4 heures de Toronto. Propre, privé et calme. Superbes vues sur le lac depuis le chalet et le pont.
Dock disponible. Remplissage de gaz disponible à la marina. Certaines gilets de sauvetage sont fournis. Pédalo et kayak également inclus. Location et livraison de bateaux disponibles à Bala (Bala Cove Marina)
BBQ est disponible et un réservoir de propane rempli est inclus. Salle de trois saisons disponible et grande cuisine avec grande table pour tout le monde pour profiter des repas. Bain à remous extérieur disponible pour les soirées de détente.
Le salon, la cuisine et la salle à manger sont à aire ouverte avec un poêle au propane. Sous-sol est idéal pour divertir et de grands groupes. Sous-sol a une cheminée à bois et un bar. Le chalet est entièrement isolé. Les salles de bain ont une promenade dans la douche carrelée, toilettes et lavabo.
Le chalet peut accueillir 8 adultes et 4 enfants (lits superposés)

Friends getaway

This place was a gem! Within walking distance to Bala, cozy, had everything we needed including more than enough space for our group of eight to sleep and hang out comfortably. We saw some wonderful sunsets from the dock, as well :) Would certainly recommend this cottage to others.

Great location and space for gathering with friends.

This place was great for gathering with a group of friends. Waterfront is lovely with shallow water entry for swimming. The hot tub is a great amenity. So much space in the house! It could use a good deep cleaning (ie. window sills and showers). Would recommend to others for staying with a large group!

Fall Festival

Oir grouo of ladies enjoyed a warm home with lota too do in this beautiful house, around the stunning grounds and in town at the frstival. Nothing was lacking. You couldn't ask for more.

A very nice cottage with lots of fun amenities

This cottage is lovely. We stayed here with a group of friends, and found that it was a spacious but cozy place with lots of fun amenities and great places to just hang out together. The owner was very responsive too. Would definitely book again.

Moon river weekend

A beautiful cottage in a beautiful area. Especially this time of year with the leaves changing colour. The cottage had a great layout, and was even nicer in person. Really enjoyed it.

Great property but beware if you have pet allergies

Beautiful property with lots of space. Walking distance to Bala and a great waterfront. The check-in process was smooth and the host responded quickly. Although the listing states that pets aren’t allowed, it should be noted that a pet lives in this house. My husband has a bad pet dander allergy and had a bad reaction at this cottage. Heads up for others with an allergy.

Weekend away

We had a fabulous stay this past weekend. Myself and 5 girlfriends were very comfortable, had lots of space to spread out and were very comfortable. Rooms were spacious, beds were comfortable and all amenities were as stated. Communication with Adam was prompt and accommodating.

A spacious and beautiful cottage on the water

There is plenty of room for relaxing, playing games, and enjoying the water. Our stay was during the winter so we were mostly inside. The living space is bright and provides great views of the water, and we enjoyed having the hot tub to enjoy the backyard. The games room in the basement provides plenty more indoor activities. The vintage arcade game was a hit with young and old. The kitchen has plenty of pots, pans, and utensils bowls, trays... Everything you need to prepare and serve meals for a group. The configuration of the bedrooms was a bit different than the pictures showed but there are plenty of well sized rooms with closets or drawers for stowing away things. Really nice layout for a group or family with various open spaces for enjoying company. Checkin and out was a breeze and the host was very easy to communicate with and quick to respond.

Great Weekend Away!

Really lovely girls weekend away. House was quite spacious with lots of comfortable seating. The games in the basement were a huge added bonus Beautiful views of the water and the hot tub was nice as well. Check in and out was super easy and Adam was very accommodating to some scheduling challenges we had. Would come back again for sure.

Such an amazing place!!

Such a gorgeous, spacious cottage! Had everything we needed to entertain adults and kids! It was close to lots of activities and was in walking distance of the down town. Excellent place for a family escape from the city

We really enjoyed our time at Adam's cottage. He was extremely helpful in the days leading up to our visit, answering our emails quickly when we asked about specifics of the property and nearby services. Checkin was smooth, and Adam had even put up Christmas decorations and a tree for us. Wonderful! The cottage kitchen and bedrooms and main living areas were all clean and well-appointed. We adored the basement and the pool table and table shuffleboard, and lounging around the main living room. The kitchen was certainly well-stocked but perhaps a bit disorganized. Our only qualms were a hamper of dirty wet towels in the laundry room when we arrived, that the bathroom tiles and grout in the second-floor bathroom need replacing/treating (quite a bit of black mold), and the water wasn't draining properly in the kitchen sink/dishwasher so we had to plunge from time to time to keep things flowing and to get clean dishes from the dishwasher.

Bala Cottage

We had an incredible girls weekend at this gorgeous cottage. Everything was extremely well organized and set up, and the cottage and property are absolutely beautiful! I highly recommend this cottage and we hope to book it again in the future! Such a truly lovely place!

Wonderful Stay!

Had a wonderful stay at this cottage with my family. The cottage is fully stocked with everything you need to have a great time while you are there. The property is gorgeous, the games room is so fun, the beds are comfy, there is lots of room to spread out and do your own thing or congregate together in the living/dining room or the games room. The wood fire place downstairs is really cozy and the hot tub is so relaxing! The kitchen is also fully stocked for all your cooking needs. Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend!
