Eagle's Aerie: Stunning 3Bdrm Cozy Home
Welcome home for your next Durham getaway! This beautifully renovated 3BR/2BA home is the perfect spot to visit NCCU and downtown Durham. It’s conveniently located near I-40 and NC 147, giving easy access to the whole Triangle.
You’ll delight in the stylish decor, comfy resting spots and well-stocked kitchen. Plus - all the little extras that give you the Bull City experience! Just look for the Pink House.
5 mi to Duke University & Regional hospitals.
We live nearby if you need anything. But we hope we’ve thought of everything already!
The Durham community is home to the vibrant NCCU campus (you’re 2 blocks from the brand new Student Union!) just south of Downtown Durham. This historic community is bumpin’ on fall weekends, when you get serenaded by both the NCCU and Hillside HS marching bands. Outside these special occasions, it is a quiet residential neighborhood with convenient access to downtown, Hayti Heritage Center, and Southpoint.
Stretch your legs or walk your pup around the corner on the American Tobacco Trail - it goes for 26 miles! You can take the Trail or Fayetteville Road to Main Street for a day or night on the town!
You'll enjoy full access to the entire home and yard. The driveway has parking for 1 (2 if they’re small!), and there is unrestricted free street parking.
This beautiful home boasts relaxing gathering and resting spaces, including 2 workspaces, making it the perfect place for your next family or group retreat. The inclusive amenities will ensure you’re comfortable for a longer stay, as well.
The full kitchen (stocked with all the basics!) provides ample room to create a delicious meal to enjoy in the full dining room. Then pile on the couch for a movie or retreat to one of 3 comfortable bedrooms to relax or do a little work. Or - start your day with locally roasted coffee at the breakfast bar.
Upstairs, the King bedroom has a 60in TV, private workspace and generous closets. Down the hall is a serene Queen bedroom perfect for curling up with a good book. The first floor bedroom contains a single daybed and workspace - doing double duty as office and bedroom.
Smart HDTV’s let you log into your favorite streaming services via Roku (cable not provided).
New high efficiency washer & dryer are also available for your use in the laundry room downstairs.
Once here, there's a driveway for 1, and unrestricted free street parking.
