This peaceful cottage boasts a king bed, queen bed, full bed, and 3 twin beds, perfect for a nice getaway with friends or family. You'll have 2 1/2 bathrooms with a brand new tiled shower and a tub/shower combo.
Nestled just 2 blocks and a 7 minute walk from the shimmering shoreline of St. Joe Beach, this 1250 sq. ft. 3 bedroom beach house offers the perfect blend of tranquility and convenience. It’s a 10 minute drive to Port St Joe and Windmark Beach and we are a couple of miles from Mexico Beach.
We're just a short walk or bike ride to St. Joe Beach (we have 4 bikes for your use) where you'll have easy access to sand surf and stunning sunsets. We can see the ocean from the porch and it's a great place to enjoy your morning coffee!
As you enter the home, the living room is on the left and 2 bedrooms are to the right including the master bedroom and the queen bedroom.
The queen bedroom is on the front of the house and includes a dresser, closet with hangers and nightstand. It has an ocean view window too.
The full hall bath is accessible from the hallway or the master bedroom.
The master bedroom also has a private 1/2 bath with toilet and sink. Both of these bedrooms include alarm clocks with iPhone chargers, sound machines and small fans. The master bedroom has 2 night stands and a large dresser. It has a closet with plenty of hangers and a storage shelf. You'll find a yoga mat in the closet.
Off the living room is the bunk room. It's enclosed by two sets of glass French doors and has 1 full bed, 3 twin beds, a 55" Smart TV (no cable) and a large dresser with plenty of room for clothes. The French doors have semi-sheer curtains. You'll also find a luggage rack.
All bedrooms, kitchen, front porch and living room include ceiling fans.
The living room includes a 55" Smart TV (no cable TV), couch, 4 chairs, games, books and puzzles for your use. Feel free to login with your YouTube TV account or streaming service for all your favorite shows.
The dining area includes a 6 foot table and 6 chairs. There's a bench at the back door for putting on shoes and the fully equipped kitchen has 2 counter stools.
The full bathroom off the back entry includes a new shower, toilet and vanity along with the washer and dryer.
All bathrooms have shower gel, conditioner, shampoo and hair dryers.
An iron and steamer are on property. But, it's the beach and nobody cares about wrinkles!
There's an outdoor shower on the outside of the garage in the back and a long driveway to accommodate cars.
The back patio includes 2 Adirondack chairs and a wooden recliner along with a grill. There’s also a deck box with beach items you can borrow. Those include chairs, umbrella, toys, sand mat and a bags game for the driveway.
The front porch incudes seating for relaxing any time of day with 2 rockers and a bench.
You'll have a door code specifically for your stay that expires at checkout.
Our cleaning crew is local and we only charge you what they charge us.
St. Joe Beach is relaxed and rarely crowded. We're a couple of miles from Mexico Beach and there's public access at many sites along Hwy 98. Pickleball fan? Head over to Veterans Park for a court. Port St. Joe is just a few miles away and is a quaint, perfect little town with an adorable main street full of shops and restaurants. Venture further out on Cape San Blas for another experience, visit the local Farmer's market and start planning how you'll purchase your own little piece of paradise for your family. That's what we did!

Maximum Occupancy
The house accommodates up to 9 people. Please do not exceed this limit.
You must be 25 years of age to rent. No 3rd party bookings without consent.
Check In/Check Out:
Check-in is at 4:00 P.M. EST Check- out is at 10:00 A.M. EST Any late checkouts will incur additional fees due to the quick turnaround needed by the cleaning staff.
Absolutely No Smoking or Vaping:
Smoking, vaping, or use of tobacco products is strictly prohibited inside the home and on the porches. Smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas only. Dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.
No Pets:
Pets are not allowed.
Quiet Hours:
Our neighbors are full time, working residents. Quiet hours are from 10:00 P.M. EST to 8:00 AM EST. Please respect neighbors and keep noise levels low during these times.
Property Use:
Please rinse off sand at the outdoor shower before entering and bringing items back into the house. In the summer, do not leave doors open while the A/C is running or it may freeze up.
Furniture:
Do not move furniture. If rearranged, please return to its original position before departure.
Outdoor Areas:
Keep outdoor spaces tidy and dispose of trash in the appropriate bins.
Safety & Security:
Always lock doors and windows when leaving the property. Your door code is unique to you and will expire at the end of your stay.
Fire Hazards:
Do not leave candles, grills or open flames unattended. There is a fire blanket and extinguisher under the sink.
No Parties or Events:
Parties, Events, or large gatherings are not permitted. Violations may result in immediate eviction without a refund.
Home Amenities:
To maintain the integrity of our home and create a positive experience for all our guests, we keep an itemized list of the items in the property. As part of this, we've also recorded a time-stamped video of the home and its furnishings before each guest's arrival. This is simply a precaution to protect everyone and help us keep our space in great shape for future stays. If there's anything you'd like to see in the home to make your stay even better, we'd love your feedback! We're always looking for ways to make our place feel like one of your favorites.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?
We love St. Joe Beach and know you will as well! The beach is rarely crowded and the town is beachy casual. Port St. Joe is picture perfect with many fun things to do. If Mayberry exists, Port St. Joe is the 2025 version!
