Bedrooms

King Suite: Enjoy a private and cozy escape in the luxurious king suite, complete with plenty of space to relax and unwind after a day of exploring Music City.
Queen Room 1: This room features one plush queen beds, perfect for a small group or family to enjoy a comfortable stay.
Queen Room 2: A second room with a comfy queen bed to spread out.
Bunk Room: The ultimate group-friendly space with six single beds, ideal for larger groups, kids, or friends.
Upstairs Loft: A versatile room with two fold-down futons, offering extra sleeping arrangements for your group.

Living Room: Large spacious living area with cozy seating and a TV, ensure there’s enough room for everyone to kick back and relax.
Entertainment Features: TVs in every bedroom, whiskey lounge, and living room, plus a variety of card games for hours of fun with family and friends.

Spacious and Luxurious: Each bathroom is thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation, offering ample space for everyone in your group.

Guest Access:
When you arrive, you can either park in the 2 parking spots labeled 3226 and walk in through the back door, or if you are taking a ride share, you can also access via the front door on Charlotte Ave. You will be provided a door code for access.

The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood is in a small townhouse community. Here are some fun spots to eat, hang out, or grab coffee within a 10-minute walking distance from the house:
- 8th & Roast - A cozy coffee shop offering high-quality drinks and unique options like the Strange Weather cold brew. It's perfect for both work and relaxation.
- Otaku Ramen - This casual ramen shop offers a variety of ramen bowls, bao buns, and boba tea, along with beer, wine, and sake. It's a great spot for a quick, flavorful meal.
- Brightside Bakeshop - Known for its sweet and savory baked goods like croissants and seasonal treats, this is a fantastic spot for breakfast or a snack.
- Midnight Oil - A pizza lover’s dream with creative and classic options, plus a pet-friendly patio for a relaxed vibe.
- Burger + Grain - An elevated dining experience with dishes like short rib dumplings and dry-aged steaks, paired with craft cocktails.

Getting Around:
There are great areas to explore close by that are within walking distance. We also recommend having a car or utilizing ride share platforms for the most convenient access to local amenities.

Other Things to Note:
Furry friends are welcome for a fee of $100 per pet.
Booking Waiver: There is a waiver of terms to sign prior to the stay. You are welcome to request the waiver terms prior to booking if interested.
There is a $500 fine for not replacing the TV cover when not in use.
