Droit dans la ville mais avec la sensation d'être dans les bois! 2 chambres spacieuses, 2 salles de bains appartement fait une magnifique maison loin de la maison dans la belle Breckenridge tout moment de l'année.

Atrium 207 dispose d'une cuisine entièrement équipée avec de beaux nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable idéal pour la préparation des repas de famille. Partager des histoires des aventures de la journée autour de la table à manger. Détendez-vous dans le confortable salon à regarder la télévision ensemble sur l'écran plat et d'échauffement par le foyer au gaz. Ou sortir sur le balcon privé et de respirer dans notre croustillant air pur, de la montagne avec une tasse de chocolat chaud. Vous allez adorer regarder la neige tomber sur tous les arbres que vous pouvez voir depuis le balcon, il est un beau paysage d'hiver.

La chambre principale dispose d'un lit confortable, télévision à écran plat et privé, salle de bains magnifiquement mis à jour avec douche. La 2ème chambre a une couchette de capitaine confortable qui est un jumeau sur un lit complet et une salle de bain partagée avec baignoire à jets. Il y a un lit double bonus qui sort de sous le lit superposé.

Les Atrium Condominiums sont situés dans le quartier historique de la rue française, seulement trois pâtés de maisons de la rue Main, à une courte distance de marche du centre-ville et les étapes de navette Breckenridge 'Free Ride' Stop juste devant pour un accès facile à la ville et les pentes littéralement. Cette propriété au rez-de-chaussée offre également un accès pratique au bain à remous pour se détendre après un ski. Carter Park est juste autour du coin et offre un magnifique traîneau gratuitement colline dans les tribunaux d'hiver et de tennis et des terrains de volley-ball de l'été.

We had a blast! Super spacious unit and within walking distance to main street and the grocery store/market. Incredibly easy check in instructions as well. We loved it!

Excellent Managerial Staff

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location of our unit I was perfect for us, but the unit needs updating. The dishwasher was broken as was the kitchen sink sprayer. All the mattresses were too hard for sleeping. Pots and pans needed replacing. The vertical blinds in the living room needed replacing. But the staff made every effort to accommodate us and, for the most part, they succeeded.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: In regards to Atrium 207We were extremely disappointed. Upon arrival There were three lock boxes to get the key to enter. It took us a half hour to figure out which lock box to open and when we saw it was the left bock box it was hard due to poor lighting (couldn’t see the dial) and put in the combo. it was NOT intuitive on how to open the box to get the the key. We bought some groceries including beer and there was no bottle opener to be found. The garbage bags were too small for the garbage can. The sliding glass doors on the closet were off track and could barely be opened and I didn’t try more than once for fear they would completely fall to the floor. The middle drawer on the dresser was warped and when I pulled on the handle it fell off. The dining table was wobbly. Loose screw that attached the legs to the table top needed to be tightened We assumed sthe unit had an elevator since it was 3 stories, 4 if you include walking from the garage. So at 9,5000 feet it was quite the walk to our unit with 5 suitcases, 3 bags of groceries and a ski bag. When I called with the question about the lack of an elevator the manager said that they never advertised that there was an elevator. My spouse had some mobility issues. I just assumed that this complex like all complexes had to be ADA compliant?We had to take out our own garbage with no direction as to where to find the garbage container. Had to call to ask and then were given the wrong code to get into the garbage dumpster shed. Upon check out we were expected to start the dishwasher but had to call to get dishwasher soap. I didn’t dawn on me we had to buy our own. The unit above us partied until 3am and kept us up all night the night before my son’s wedding. Needless to say that deeply impacted our energy at his wedding. When I expressed my concern Breckenridge offered a $50 discount. Conside

Perfect spot for a group getaway in Breckenridge

The layout is perfect for groups with a full kitchen, dining table and a living room with really comfortable furniture and a cozy fireplace. The bedrooms are a great size and fit more people than you think. The beds weren't the most comfortable, but a small price to pay for a nice place at this price point. This unit is in a building with a gorgeous lobby area and covered parking garage. There is also a hottub, while I didn't go in personally it looked nice! Walkable into town and there's a free shuttle to the mountain, which is another huge plus. Definitely will stay here again!

Disappointed

Clean, dated condo. Location and garage parking huge plus as well as stocked kitchen. Those were the only perks. Uncomfortable beds, awful pillows. Light falling out of ceiling in master. Broken chair. Clogged master shower. Light out in bathroom. We called the provided number on our night of arrival because the cable was not working in living room area. It was never fixed and we never got a call back. No elevator so you have to carry luggage up several flights of stairs. Shower pressure in spare bathroom is so strong it hurts. Baseboard heating a little scary and not efficient. Not at all worth the price for this condo.

There are no elevators here. Beware, those stairs will wipe you out if you aren’t used to that elevation. Also, our place sleeps 6. True. However, putting 4 adults in that 2nd bedroom was way too crowded. We will have to go with a 3 bedroom next time. The place itself is as posted. Clean. Had all practical necessities. Fun sledding behind the place. Super close - walking distance - to Main Str. Also, the shuttle to beaver ski lift is awesome. So convenient.

Great Ski Vacation

Reviewer Comments: The experience was lovely - location was perfect for getting to the slopes and into town and the condo was well-supplied with coffee, appropriate appliances, a lovely fireplace etc. Only complaint was that we were told to wash all dishes or use the dish washer prior to check-out but were not provided with a sponge or dish washer detergent to clean the dishes and had to go out and buy our own. Otherwise, lovely!

Perfect condo for a long weekend

You should upgrade the water heater so 4 adults can take a shower. Will not stay here again

Good but......

We had a good stay and great being next to Carter Park and several trails for hiking and mtn biking, however we could hear every move the people made above us very loudly, so much that it affected my young children being able to nap. Also, the bed in the master bedroom leaves MUCH to be desired, very uncomfortable. Feels like the cheapest mattress you can get, which is not what you’re hoping for after a long day of mountain biking or hiking. We’ve stayed in several VRBOs in Breck, this was not our fav...
