Welcome to a retreat designed for relaxation and fun.
Primary Bedroom
Unwind in the luxurious primary suite featuring a king-sized bed and a spa-like bathroom. Indulge in the clawfoot soaking tub or the expansive walk-in shower with dual shower heads, a body sprayer, and a rain shower head.
King Bedroom
A serene bedroom offering a plush king-sized bed for restful nights.
Queen Suite
This private suite includes its own en-suite bathroom and a cozy queen-sized bed, perfect for added comfort and convenience.
Flex Room
Ideal for families or groups, this spacious room features two bunk beds, each with a full-over-queen configuration, providing plenty of sleeping options.

The charming casita offers a pull-out queen mattress and a twin bed in the loft. Please note that a ladder is required to access the loft space.

The spacious yard is perfect for outdoor activities, with multiple seating and lounging areas to relax and take in the fresh air. Whether you’re seeking relaxation or recreation, the outdoor spaces at Hyde House promise unforgettable moments.
Guest access
Guests are welcome to explore and enjoy nearly all areas of the property to make the most of their stay. However, certain areas are off-limits for safety and privacy reasons and are clearly marked with "No Entry" signs. These restricted areas include a small, limited portion of the property such as the separate driveway leading to the barndominium, the immediate vicinity surrounding that building, and the storage shed. These areas are used for private or operational purposes and are not part of the guest-accessible spaces. Rest assured, these restrictions do not impact your ability to fully enjoy the vast amenities and outdoor features available to you during your stay.
Other things to note
Please note that there is a separate barndominium on the property, which is not included in this listing. We kindly ask that you respect the privacy of its non-permanent tenants, who will also ensure your stay remains undisturbed. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out to us—we’re here to help!
The GUEST(S) specifically acknowledges the open and obvious risks associated with the hot tub located on the premises, and the GUEST(S) intentionally and knowingly assume(s) the risks associated with the hot tub located on the premises, which include, but are not limited to, slipping and falling, drowning, broken bones, and even paralysis or death.
FOR GOOD AND VALUABLE CONSIDERATION RECEIVED, the GUEST(S) shall be responsible for their invitees who come on the rented premises and use the hot tub. GUEST(s) shall indemnify and hold harmless HOST from and against any and all claims, demands, suits, or judgments, of whatsoever kind and nature, which may arise from the use of the hot tub on the rented premises.
FOR GOOD AND VALUABLE CONSIDERATION RECEIVED, the GUEST(s) and on behalf of their successors, heirs, and assigns, do hereby forever release HOST from any and all claims, of whatsoever kind or nature, whether sounding in tort, contract, equity, or otherwise, which they may now have or might have in the future, arising out of or connected in any way to the use of the hot tub on the rented premises.
ADDITIONAL GUEST(S) LIABILITY
Guest(s) will be held liable for replacement and/or repair of items that are damaged/broken, and not attributable to normal wear and tear.
Guest(s) will be responsible for any damage caused by negligent, willful, or malicious acts committed by themselves, family member(s), or guests which occur during the term of this Agreement. Guests(s) agree to accept liability for any damages caused to the Property (other than normal wear and tear) by guest(s) or guest’s family member(s) or guests, including, but not limited to: furnishings, landscaping, misuse of appliances, and/or equipment.
If damages are found, photos will be taken, and the guest(s) agrees to reimburse the Owner for costs incurred to repair/replace damaged items, as well as any legal fees required to collect if legal action is required.
Guest(s) shall report all maintenance items to the Owner or Property Manager, and they will respond to them as soon as possible. If the conduct or misconduct of guest(s), their guests, or family member, or any person subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement creates a situation that gives rise to a maintenance call, a claim may be made with Airbnb.
Owners will not be responsible for any lost or stolen personal property of tenants/occupants.
HOLD HARMLESS
Owners and the assigned Property Managers are hereby released from any liability for loss. Guest(s) agree to hold harmless Owner and Property Manager for damage or injury to persons or personal property during the term of this Agreement. Owner and/or Property Manager are not liable for any inconvenience arising from temporary defect or stoppage in the supply of water, gas, electricity, cable, internet, or plumbing beyond their control. Guest(s) agree to hold harmless Owner and/or Property Manager for loss or damage to guest(s) personal property caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, or other events beyond the control of Owner and/or Property Manager.
The reservation holder, for himself/herself, his/her heirs, assignors, executors, and administrators, fully releases and discharges Owners and Property Managers from any and all claims, demands, and causes of action, by reason of any injury or damage which has or have occurred, or may occur to the reservation holder, or any of his/her guests as a result of, or in connection with, the occupancy of the premises, and agrees to hold Owner and Property Managers free and harmless of any claim or suit arising. In any action concerning the rights, duties, or liabilities of the parties to this agreement, their principals, agents, successors, or assignees, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney fees and costs.
Any dispute shall be governed by the laws of the state of Oregon. Oregon state courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction, and venue shall be in Deschutes County, Oregon. The substantially prevailing party in any dispute shall be entitled to recover its attorney fees and costs incurred.
