Three bedrooms all ensuite with queen beds & private full bath. Two bedrooms in main house & one bedroom ensuite in the casita. Two twin folding beds can be put up on request. The Airstream is for display only & not rentable. No other renters are/can be on the property.

The Mesa grocery store is 5 minutes drive from the house & a pleasant 20 minute walk along want back desert road.
The main grocery stores in Joshua Tree & Yucca are 15 mins.

The swimming pool is usable all year, but due to its size, it requires an additional paid heating cost during winter /fall months & can take 20 hours to heat to 72 degrees

All bedrooms, casita & bathrooms have blinds or privacy glass.

Our concierge service can arrange; in-house masseuse, Sound bath, yoga, Nature walks & many indulgences. We have recommendations for private chefs too.

Home is only 15 mins drive to JT park, bars & restaurants and 25 mins to Pappy & Harriets. We have a local guide book for the area with great recommendations.

1.Hot Tub for 7 people heated to 100 F max allowed heated all year round
2. Swimming pool heating is only offered by the host between October 1 to May 15. Pool cannot be heated if raining/adverse weather - The cost is $7 Per gallon. Pool heats approx. 1 degree per hour which is about 2.5 gallons =$17.50 per hour. We require a $250 deposit. We will bill you for propane used for pool heating at the end of your stay. In the very cold months it can take up to 20 hours to heat. We don’t recommend heating beyond 72 degrees as it's such a large pool- It has an energy efficient cover which keeps the pool warm & safe. Heating starts on your request. Please request 1 week prior to your stay so we can make sure propane is filled.
