Ample space and great location
“This apartment is spacious enough even for large groups like us 7. The living room had enough space for our board game nights and the good location of the apartment made our lives and visit more convenient.”

Guest Access
Guests have full access to the entire apartment, including all amenities. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 10 AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged upon request.

No Smoking: Failure to abide results in a $500 additional cleaning fee.
Pets: Allowed with a $200 fee.
Only Flush Toilet Paper: Plumbing issues due to guest negligence result in a $350 fee.
Maintenance: Please allow a 24-hour timeframe for us to respond and address any issues.
House Rules: Guests are expected to adhere to all house rules during their stay.
ACs: We remove air conditioners in October and reinstall them at the beginning of April. However, we're happy to install or remove them based on guest needs—just let us know!
