The Space:
Welcome to Powder Peak Retreat, a charming and well-appointed two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo in the Shadow Run community. Designed for both family getaways and group adventures, this second-level retreat offers the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and mountain charm.

As you step inside, you're greeted by a bright and open living space where the kitchen, dining, and living areas flow seamlessly together. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare your favorite meals, while the dining table comfortably seats four for shared dinners or board game nights. The spacious living room invites you to unwind on the oversized plush couch—perfect for curling up after a day of skiing, hiking, or exploring. Enjoy the warm ambiance of the gas fireplace as you stream your favorite shows, or step out onto the private balcony with a glass of wine and take in the stunning mountain views at sunset.

The primary bedroom features a queen-sized bed, a large closet, and an en-suite bathroom for added privacy. The second bedroom is thoughtfully designed with a twin-over-queen bunk, making it ideal for families or friends traveling together. Ample storage throughout the condo ensures you have space for all your gear, along with a full size washer and dryer to ensure you feel right at home.

With parking available for two vehicles in our open-style lot, getting around is effortless. The free city bus stops right at the entrance of our community, providing direct access to the ski slopes and downtown, making it easy to explore Steamboat Springs without the hassle of driving.

Shadow Run offers fantastic amenities, including two year-round hot tubs to soak in after a day on the mountain. There is also a dedicated ski locker for this condo just steps from your front door. During the summer months, enjoy the outdoor pool, grills, picnic tables, and a fire pit—perfect for gathering with loved ones. There's even a playground for little adventurers! For your convenience, a washer and dryer are provided in the unit, along with detergent.

The condo is heated with baseboard heaters controlled by thermostats, ensuring a cozy stay during the winter months. While there is no air conditioning, we provide fans to bring in the crisp mountain air and keep the space cool during the summer months.

Transportation: With the free city bus stop located at the entrance of the community, you have access to endless adventures right at your doorstep at no cost. Use the green or orange line to get to downtown Steamboat or Gondola Square.

The Powder Peak Retreat is located on the second floor and does not have an elevator.
There is no air conditioning at this listing.
In the event that the HOA requires repairs for any amenities or fireplace, we are unable to guarantee the use of these items during your stay.

The fireplace is available during ski season.
