Our BACHELOR HQ property (aka the “Sunnyside Compound”) is a fun, spacious and unique 6bd/4ba smart-home which can sleep up to 23 guests.

Rates are based on occupancy, which includes anyone who will be entering the property at any point during your stay. We welcome non-advertised, private events as long as they are approved prior to booking.

Codes for the smart-lock keypads are changed after each group for guest safety.
