Escape to Happy OURS, a beautifully maintained pool home in the peaceful Woodlawn neighborhood. Just minutes from Panama City Beach’s attractions and a short drive to public beach access, this single-level, 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom retreat is perfect for families, couples, and friends. Relax by the private pool, enjoy games in the backyard, or unwind on the covered patio. Your perfect getaway awaits!
Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.
About the Vacation Rental Unit:
Enticing Outdoor Amenities: Covered patio, perfect for relaxing or entertaining outdoors. The private pool is surrounded by plenty of patio furniture, ideal for lounging and soaking up the sun.
This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation rental features:
Master Bedroom: King bed with a window overlooking the swimming pool
Primary Guest Bedroom: Queen bed with a dresser and flatscreen TV
3rd Bedroom: Daybed with trundle, offering two twin beds
Master Bathroom: Spacious walk-in tiled shower
Primary Guest Bathroom: Shower/tub combo
Maximum Guest Occupancy: 6 Guests (Please note that children under the age of two years still count toward the maximum guest occupancy.)
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig coffee machine, rice maker, toaster, and all essential cookware. A washer and dryer are available for guest use.
Parking:
Free parking on premises in the driveway for up to 2 large vehicles (or 3 compact cars). Please avoid blocking neighboring driveways and do not park on the grass. The lawn has a built-in sprinkler system; driving or parking on the grass will damage the sprinkler heads, resulting in costly repairs. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by parking in non-designated areas, so park in the driveway only.

The Woodlawn neighborhood is a peaceful, family-friendly community nestled near North Bay, providing a serene escape while remaining close to Panama City Beach's vibrant attractions. Just a short drive across the Hathaway Bridge, guests will find a wide range of restaurants, shops, and entertainment venues, as well as nearby beach access points. Popular attractions include:
St. Andrews State Park: A 1,200-acre nature preserve with scenic hiking trails, pristine beaches, and water activities like snorkeling and kayaking
Shell Island: A secluded, natural barrier island perfect for shelling, dolphin spotting, and enjoying the Gulf's crystal-clear waters
Pier Park: A bustling shopping and entertainment center with restaurants, shops, and an IMAX theater
Gulf World Marine Park: Experience marine life up close with dolphin shows, stingray encounters, and educational exhibits

Other details to note:
Trash removal is scheduled for Mondays and Thursdays. Please place the trash bids curbside no earlier than 4pm the day prior to scheduled collection days. For all non-pick-up days, garbage must be kept in sanitary, covered, and secured trash containers that are stored out of street view.
The garage is not made available to guests.
Exterior security cameras are present at the front door, above the garage, and in the backyard under the awning for guest safety.
Upon booking, you’ll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help!
Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it’s not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.
