Luxury on the water! Set your sights on Compass Condos, an upscale complex not far from the beach and great fishing opportunities. The unit offers a private boat slip, fishing pier, balcony view of the water, private parking, pool and gazebo by the canal. This impressive 3 bedroom, 2 bath ground floor corner unit is all on the first floor and easily accessed from the parking area. Unit will comfortably sleep 6 guests. (Absolutely no smoking and no pets). Corporate rentals and Winter Texans welcome!

Living Area

The spacious den has a 55" wall mounted flat screen that is also visible from the dining and kitchen areas. Spectrum cable and high speed wif/ethernet connections. Walk-out access to the fishing pier and boat slip.

Kitchen & Dining

Redfish Retreat is equipped with full size appliances and well appointed cookware and utensils. There is seating at the breakfast bar and dining for six (6) at the table.

Bedrooms

The master bedroom has a king bed with private bath, large walk-in closet and a 32" color TV with DVD/VCR. The second and third bedrooms have twin beds.
