Condo joliment rénové, à deux minutes à pied de la magnifique plage de Cocoa. Le décor coloré de la plage à l'intérieur vous donnera l'impression d'être à la plage. Ceci est une unité de coin lumineuse et gaie avec un accès facile à la cour et au parking. Le condo est entièrement meublé avec tout le confort nécessaire pour une journée ou une semaine à la plage. Petit complexe seulement 14 unités, deux étages. Excellent emplacement pour le mode de vie communautaire de la plage de Floride. Condo a deux magnifiques cours pour se détendre après une journée à la plage. Idéalement situé à Cocoa Beach, à distance de marche de la jetée, des restaurants et des activités.

Race Day Trip

We stayed here for the Space Force T-Minus 10-Miler 2024 weekend. The location was the perfect distance between the military locations we needed to be at and the relaxing beach location. We had a great area to get some practice runs in and a wonderful walk to the beach were you can see some of the launch pads. The property manager was amazing and responded promptly and professionally in all our conversations. 10/10 recommend!

Perfect place for our needs.

We are a food vendor for the Cocoa Beach Art Show and needed a place to stay and recuperate between days. The place was clean and the beds were very comfortable. I would definitely use this place if my wife and I want to get away for a beach weekend.

Wonderful place to stay before your cruise!

Location of this VRBO is in proximity to the cruise port. It was clean, stocked with all essentials, with great communication. Will stay here everytime we cruise, if available. I will try to reserve our dates in Jan when we return from this one!

Great Condo, only a block from the beach

We got there a little early and the owner was kind enough to let us go into the property to put our things safely inside before heading back out. Communication with DeeDee is flawless and she's very accommodating The Condo is well appointed, it had everything we needed for a 4 day stay. Including some beach equipment i.e. chairs, umbrella, boogie board, and tote for our picnic on the beach; major plus! My only complaint was the laundry room, the machines are old and small. If you have a lot of laundry to do, bring many quarters, it is $1.25 a load per machine. One tip, when you head back to the condo from the beach, there is a sprayer just outside the laundry room where you can hose off all the sand. It's really quite handy to use. Overall I would absolutely recommend this VRBO spot.

The location is the perfect distance from the beach & in a great quiet neighborhood. Very clean & has everything you need for a comfy stay. The owner is very communicative & you can tell that they put a lot of thought into making a clean, beautiful place to vacation.

Perfect place

Price A+! Convenience A+! AC A+! Such a wonderful place to relax with family! We played games at night. Then slept like babies! 3 minutes to the awesomeness of the beach. Walk down and watched a lift off! Ron Jon surf shop! The Cocoa beach Pier! Oh, and the kitchen was great! We enjoyed it so much. My wife rested so well after her gall bladder surgery!

What a great place…

I spent way too much time looking for a two bedroom place for me and my teenage son, but glad I choose this place, it was perfect! It was so close to the beach, and looked exactly like the pictures in person. I would highly recommend it.

Great beach house!

Place was stocked with bear gear and a short two block walk. Located away from the hotel chains, the beach wasn’t crowded and perfect for anytime of the day visit.

Great location with a very short walk to the beach.

The colors of the condo is what drew my attention to this place. The location is very close to the beach and the chairs, umbrella, cooler, and sand toys were very much appreciated! If you are looking for immaculate this is not the place for you. There was a layer of dust on most things and cobwebs throughout. We did find a pill underneath our bed. With having teenagers and an older child it was satisfactory for us. Probably would not recommend for toddlers.

We enjoyed staying at this property. Being just two block from the ocean was so nice. They supplied everything you would need for the beach. I definitely will stay here again.

Wonderful condo short walk to beautiful beach

We really enjoyed our stay and it was just as described in the listing. We got there early and the owner had just finished cleaning and invited us to enter early which was extremely nice.

Not Close to the Cruise Port

I thought it was closer to the Cruise Port. It is about 10 minutes by car. Avis car rental offers free rides to the port which is only about a block from the condo. Other than that it was close to the ocean and beach which we loved.

Location to the beach was excellent! Kitchen was fully functional and there were beach items available for use. The beds were squeaky (mattress covers perhaps?).

Great little place!

We stayed here for 2 nights before our cruise. Dee Dees place is clean and in a great location. We walked 1 block to the beach. We walked on the beach down to the pier where there is shopping and restaurants. We are about 2 blocks from a 7-11 so we could get some drinks and snacks. Loved the beach! It was so gorgeous and so close by. It was about a $15 Lyft ride to the cruise port. The one thing I do recommend is renting a car from Avis. We could have pick the car up at the airport and dropped it off about 2 blocks from this condo. Avis has a cruise shuttle from this location to the cruise ports. It was about an $80 Lyft ride from the airport (MCO) to the condo (it was very busy when I flew in). About the condo, it was very clean and decorated cute. Nice furniture. Everything we needed for the beach was there minus sunscreen. The bathroom was small but worked for what we needed. Beds were comfy. The fridge has an ice maker. The only downside was the food choices around there. You had to walk a ways to get to them. Normally this would have been fine but we were there during a heat advisory and it was over 100 degrees. We needed up getting some things to make at the condo from Dollar General and we had a great time! I would definitely stay here again. Cocoa Beach is beautiful and it seems to go on forever.

Worth the price

This unit was so close to the beach and everything else, also had everything we needed, from towels, to kitchen stuff, to beach stuff. The unit was also clean and cozy! Definitely a home away from home! Will definitely come back here soon! Dee dee was also super nice and accommodating! Definitely recommend this rental!
