Venez profiter du plus grand patio enveloppant qu'offre Splash. La vue sur les piscines et la plage est magnifique, et rester au dernier étage vous permet un accès facile par des escaliers si vous ne voulez pas attendre l'ascenseur pendant les mois chargés! Et avons-nous mentionné les couchers de soleil? 101E, avec ses grandes fenêtres dans chaque pièce ainsi que le balcon, en font un paradis pour les spectateurs au coucher du soleil!

Condo 3 chambres / 3 salles de bain situé au 1er étage - 1702 pi.ca.

La chambre principale comprend un lit king-size, une salle de bains privative avec une baignoire, une douche et une double vasque. Accès direct au patio.

2ème chambre dispose d'un lit queen et offre également un accès au patio latéral.

2e salle de bain complète avec baignoire / douche combo et située en face de la 2e chambre

La troisième chambre est l'unité de verrouillage ou la suite parentale. Cette chambre principale comprend un lit king-size, un nouvel ensemble de lits jumeaux superposés, une kitchenette avec un mini-réfrigérateur / congélateur, un four micro-ondes, une salle de bains privative avec une baignoire / douche combo ainsi qu'un accès au patio latéral.

Spring break

This condo was exactly as described. The beach view was beautiful. Our 2 yr old enjoyed the water play area. Had a little issue in the room and was quickly resolved by the owners. We enjoyed our stay here and hope to go back again soon. Thank you so much for letting us use your condo.

Great condo

We enjoyed this condo very much. It was perfect for our group. My family and I stayed in the lockout room with a three year old and a 7 month old. It was perfect for us! It was quiet and private but also felt very included with the rest of our family if we left the door open. The condo was nice and had all the amenities we needed. We would def stay here again.

Nice condo

Condo was conveniently located right next to the elevator but not noisy at all. The view from the balcony was nice and the kitchen was furnished with plenty of cookware but did need more than one dish towel. The lock out bedroom was nice and quiet for anyone with a baby to be away from the living area. All in all the unit was nice but could use a deep cleaning. Would definitely stay here again.

Great condo!!

Condo was very nice and the resort was fun for the whole family esp the kids. The condo has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with a sleeper sofa so we had plenty of room!! Had a great view too and a nice sitting area on the extended balcony.

Summer Vacation

This is our 2nd time staying at this property and we really love it. The 1st floor convenience during the busy summer is really nice. We love the bedroom setups and multiple balconies for our 2 families.

Fun Family Trip

We had a large group of ten - 7 adults and 3 small children. There was plenty of room for all of us to co-exist for a week. The balconies are great way to relax and watch the ocean waves. Loved being on the 1st floor because of the easy access to the beach and pools. Since there are two quick easy staircases to get down to ground level, no need to spend time waiting for elevators!!!

Great family vacation spot

We had a great time at Splash with our kiddos. The condo was big enough to fit 6 adults and 4 kiddos. The only negative thing about the condo was that one of the bathtubs didn’t drain well. Being on the first floor at Splash is a huge deal. I wouldn’t stay at Splash any other way because of the elevator wait.

BEST Unit in the building

We had been to Splash before but this 1st floor corner unit was so much better Big layout- extra balcony that no other unit has- 1st floor was perfect- my wife had knee replacement 8 weeks ago she was able to get up and down without a lot of stress or standing around waiting for elevators- unit was fantastic- owners are very communicative- all in all a great trip and beautiful unit! For US this 1st floor corner was the BEST unit in the entire building

Great condo!

We had an amazing stay and would definitely book again. We had a small issue at check in that was out of the owners control and when we notified the owners they had it taken care of immediately! They were absolutely wonderful. Condo is perfect for extended families, especially with the lockout room!

Perfection!

The property had the perfect set up for us! The MIL section was great for our friends without a kid! The main area was perfect for us and my sister in law helping with our toddler! The view was stunning! Room was clean with plenty of room! Would 100% stay here again! 1st floor was a major plus, no elevator wait just a short stair trip! Pool options were great for our 2 year old, with easy beach access!

Can’t wait to return!

We had an amazing time here! Gorgeous doesn’t even begin to explain it all! We had plenty to do, perfect weather and BEAUTIFUL beach and water! Everyone was extremely helpful if we had any questions about the property and the kids LOVED the pools! It was great to have a reserved beach spot for the week so we knew we had the perfect spot. The only thing that we didn’t like… was having to leave!

Amazing host & property

We had three couples in a toddler plenty of room to hang out together as well as separative needed ha ha. The lockout suite was perfect for my daughter, son-in-law and grandbaby for napping, etc. easy access to the beach, the splash pad and pools. Check in with super easy I can’t say enough about the host. We had one issue with the breaker box. They responded immediately and was fixed. The property was clean well furnished Will Definitely stay there again If you wanna place that super friendly, this is the place There was always plenty of parking Thank you for making our family trip. Amazing.

We had such a great time here, this place is amazing. Tons of space for our large family to sprawl out, nicely outfitted, and we got to skip the long elevator wait when going to and fro. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

Amazing Florida Vacation

Great stay at SPL-101E

Our multi-generational family of 6 adults and 3 kids enjoyed our week at Splash. This unit was great, especially with the ability to avoid elevators to go up and down to the pool and the beach. Very clean unit and the added room with bunks were great for the littles.

Wonderful stay

We loved this condo. It was perfect for our family and the location couldn’t be better. The rooms were spacious and the condo was well stocked with everything we needed. The 2 balconies were amazing. Such a wonderful experience. The owners were also wonderful and so nice.

Great spot on the beach!

We loved our stay! The pictures are completely accurate and the unit is actually bigger in person. It was clean, spacious, and in a good location that’s close to all the PCB attractions and restaurants. The lockout suite was an added bonus since it had its own bathroom and kitchenette. Management is easy to work with and quick to respond to any questions. Easy instructions for checking in and departure. I would 10/10 recommend and would stay here again!

Relaxation

The condo was a perfect place to relax and enjoy the sunshine with my family. It is conveniently located near restaurants and shopping. My only complaint is the resort needs a ramp to the beach in addition to the steps.

Our names are Megan and Brian Meisner. We live in Richmond, VA and have 2 young daughters, a young son, and 2 Westies named Wrigley & Rizzo. We also own a 2 Bedroom / 2 Bathroom condo on the 1st floor at Splash - 102W, which we have owned since 2013.

We purchased Splash 101E in March 2017 with Brian's parents, Fred & Gloria Meisner. Fred & Gloria own a 2 Bedroom / 2 Bathroom / and Bunk bed condo on the 1st floor at Splash - 107E.

We hope you enjoy Panama City Beach as much as we do!

Our unit is located on the lowest floor of the East Tower, so your time spent in the elevator is minimal allowing you more time to enjoy all Splash has to offer. Enjoy!

You will find that being on the lowest floor of Splash is a very nice benefit! Even though you are on the lowest floor, you are still three stories up -- giving you fantastic views without the long elevator ride, especially during the summer months! Splash 101E is the only condo at Splash with a wraparound balcony, which is truly unique! Each bedroom has access to a balcony, and the Master Bedroom & Living Room have access to a huge balcony overlooking the beach and pool. Also, our unit comes with a free rental of two beachfront padded lounge chairs & umbrella reserved for our tenants between March 1st - October 31st. Now you don't have to rush down to the beach to get that perfect spot, because we have already reserved it for you! So sit back, relax, and enjoy every minute of your stay here at Splash 101E. Oh, and don't forget to tell your friends!
