Condo, 3 chambres + lit convertible (s), 2 Bains, (Sleeps 8-9)

Ceci est une unité au rez-de-chaussée avec grande enveloppe carrelée autour de patio qui est à quelques pas de la piscine zéro d'entrée récemment rénové (photos bientôt) / plage / zone griller / enfants clôturé splash zone. Professionnellement nettoyé avant chaque séjour. Nouveau réfrigérateur et machine à glaçons. L'unité a été récemment rénové, et récemment carrelée partout. Nouvelle peinture, moquette et matelas dans toutes les chambres.

TV dans toutes les chambres et salle de séjour avec Wifi gratuit.

Prime unité nominale avec de nombreuses améliorations. Il est beaucoup plus agréable que la majorité des primes dans les bâtiments anciens.

L'unité est la seule unité avec un bar et sous l'armoire machine à glaçons dans la salle familiale.

comptoirs et armoires avec des appareils en acier inoxydable et plafonds de 10 pieds à la différence des anciennes unités de Phoenix mises à jour. Les cuves sont toutes en fonte, sans inserts en plastique.

Unité a été décoré professionnellement avec un décor haut de gamme mis à jour. 8 couchages dans des lits confortablement, et 9 avec canapé-lit dans la salle familiale.

Internet sans fil et télévision par câble inclus.

Great location and condo

Highly recommend this condo. Megan was a great host and always quick to reply. The condo was a perfect set up and very spacious with the 3 bedroom being away from the living/ kitchen area. Beds were comfortable and place was clean. We loved the walk out access right to the pool and beach. So much to do in the area and at condo. There is tennis court that does have lines to play pickleball too. I would book this condo again if I ever come back to area.

Perfect for a family!

There were 6 adults and a 3 and 5 yo. You walk straight out to the pool and splash pad. Then right out to the beautiful beach! Great patio to sit and visit. Everything you need in the kitchen. Comfy beds and clean bathrooms! This was our second stay in this condo. It is perfect for us! And the property manager answeres right away if you need anything!

Fall Break 2024

We had the best time during our trip. This is the perfect spot especially if you have smaller children (or even if you don’t). The condo was so spacious and beautifully decorated. I can’t think of anything that could have made it better. We felt like we had a luxury condo with the whole pool area right in our back yard! Would book again!

Our host was the best in assisting us with what we needed and ensured our stay was perfect. The pictures do not do this property justice. We enjoyed our stay so much we wanted to extend but saved instead for future trips. Having the pool steps away helped us so much, as well as having the beach just a little further. Would definitely recommend.

Place is awesome- so is the owner!

Place was just perfect for our needs. One minor snafu when TV went out. Owner got on it immediately and arranged for delivery of a new Beautiful bigger smart TV! Strongly recommend the Condo and the Owner!

Orange Beach with family

Megan was Very Responsive. The ice machine in the wet bar went out and she offered to immediately get it fixed. Everything was lovely with the exception of “free WiFi” as it involves finding some other tenant’s open network and jumping on. This results in a weak signal and getting thrown off frequently. If the owner isn’t providing WiFi access the description should not say free WiFi. Other than that, great place, great location.

A wonderful vacation experience

The location is perfect for families with children. The patio area is right off of the pool and splash pad, so we could walk right up from the beach or pool and unload our things. The condo is clean and spacious, equipped with everything that we needed. Will definitely be back!

Most relaxing experience ever

This was my first condo experience and it was the most relaxing time I have ever had. I really enjoyed the view as well as its close distance to the Flora/Bama. I would highly recommend this condo to any person or family that is looking for a relaxing vacation get a way.

Property was well maintained and generally clean. The room was clean. The room was as advertised. The room could use updating especially the outdoor chairs and living room furniture. Overall we enjoyed the stay and would book again if available.

Great Attention to Detail

We enjoyed our stay at this Phoenix East II property. We were very impressed by the recent pool updates. The condo was very nicely decorated and we loved the first floor access. We would be excited to stay here again in the future.

Steps to the pool

Amazing property! Perfect location for little ones if a balcony is a concern. We did have a family of 7 so the bedroom layout was also perfect however it was a little tight with the living room furniture but not that big of a deal. You will not be disappointed with this condo.

Good size bedrooms, comfy beds, comfy couch. Love staying on the bottom floor, chose because of 2 young grandsons and was definitely the right decision the photos on the website are what got us interested and did not lie. If you chose this condo, you will not be disappointed and if ever get to go back to Orange Beach this will be my first choice of accommodations.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We chose this building because of it's close location to the beach. The fact that it is on the ground floor also makes it convenient having small children. This condo allows us to not have to haul strollers and sand covered items from the beach up the elevators. The building itself has a very large and welcoming lobby with free wifi and plenty of comfy sofas and chairs to relax in.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Being able to walk out of the condo and be steps away from the pool area and beach are what it truly special about this property. While the kids play in the pool you can be watching them from the comfort of the tiled patio. This condo also offers 10ft ceilings, wrap around tiled porch and wet bar with ice maker.
