This stylish home offers a comfortable stay for up to 6 guests, perfect for a relaxing visit. Located in the vibrant Clairemont neighborhood, you'll find a variety of unique restaurants and local experiences nearby. Just 15 minutes from Pacific Beach, Downtown San Diego, and North Park, you'll have quick access to all the best attractions the city has to offer.

The Space:

Our unique space is located at the back of the main house with its own private entrance and gate. It features 1 bedroom with two queen beds, a pull-out queen sofa bed in the living room, a spacious closet, an in-room laundry unit, and an attached bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen includes an expandable dining table, and central air ensures a comfortable stay.
In the kitchen, you'll find a microwave, oven and stove, toaster, and refrigerator (please note, there is no dishwasher).
The cozy living room offers a queen pull-out couch, a 50" smart TV, and free Wi-Fi.

Getting Around:
Clairemont is a peaceful, centrally located neighborhood in San Diego, offering easy access to the city’s top attractions like the San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, and beautiful beaches. While it's a quiet and relaxing area, having a car is the most convenient way to explore, as public transportation options are limited. Alternatively, Uber and Lyft are readily available for quick trips around town. With local shops, restaurants, and parks nearby, Clairemont provides a comfortable and well-connected home base for your San Diego adventure.

Other Things to Note:
* No smoking inside unit ($600 minimum additional odor removal fee) * Backyard hours are 8 AM - 10 PM (to be courteous to the neighbors and abide by the San Diego City Noise Ordinance) * Clean lint trap before using dryer * Clean makeup off face before using towels * Nothing besides toilet paper flushed down toilet * If you cook, you must reasonably clean kitchen before you leave ($35 service fee) * 3 Additional Daytime Guests are allowed to visit, but they must leave by 10pm. ($100 penalty/additional person per night if there are more than 3 or they stay past 10PM) *There are no pets allowed at this home.
This home is attached the main home. Both homes have private entrances and no shared spaces.
We require all guests to sign a Good Neighbor Policy document prior to staying. We do enforce their policy so it must be signed in order to receive checkin info, but we will make it super easy for you to initial and sign :) It can all be done online.
