This spacious & beautiful home is just 1 block from the water & a short stroll to the Kemah Boardwalk, where you can enjoy games, rides, live bands, & seasonal festivities. Explore the nearby marina, indulge in delicious dining at fantastic restaurants, & experience lively bar hopping - all within walking distance. With golf cart rentals available, adventure is just around the corner. Embrace the coastal lifestyle in this perfect location!
Experience the charm of coastal living in our spacious home, perfectly situated on a corner lot just 1 block from the bay. You'll enjoy a lovely breeze throughout the house, making your stay refreshing and relaxing.

The neighborhood is awesome. This is the Kemah Waterfront District where there is a marina that does charters, fishing or sunset cruises, many amazing restaurants, lots of local bars where the locals hang, & of course the Kemah Boardwalk is only 3 blocks away & they always have something going on. Whether you want amusement rides, games, shopping, a splash pad or train ride for the kids, delicious waterfront restaurants, or just want to watch the boats go by, this place has something for everyone's enjoyment!
There's also seasonal live music & fireworks so it's nice to have a house only a few blocks away after spending the day adventuring around town.
