Nestled between Key Largo and Key West, Duck Key serves as a peaceful yet convenient base for your island getaway. Its central location means you’re just a short drive from some of the most iconic destinations in the Keys, including the natural wonders of Bahia Honda State Park, the famous waters around Islamorada, and the lively Key West.
This beautiful Villa offers the ideal blend of comfort, style, and relaxation featuring 2 comfy bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Step outside and experience the villa’s beautiful porches and balconies, where you can unwind and take in the breathtaking views. Whether you're an early riser or enjoy a quiet evening, you’ll love sipping your coffee at sunrise or watching the colors of the sky change during sunset.

Ground Floor: Step into the spacious open-concept living room, where natural light pours in and invites you to kick back and relax. The cozy seating area is perfect for winding down after a day of outdoor adventures. The ground floor also features a convenient half bathroom, as well as an expansive porch area with a counter height 6 seat table that offers ample room for outdoor living—whether you're enjoying a meal al fresco or simply soaking up the sun.
First Floor: Upstairs, you'll find two cozy bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom for added privacy and convenience. These well-appointed rooms are perfect for a restful night's sleep after a day of exploring. Both bedrooms also have their own private porches, giving you the ideal spots to enjoy either a peaceful sunrise over the trees or a colorful sunset, depending on your mood. There is also a portable crib available for the little ones.
The villa is stocked with all the basics you will need to start enjoying your vacation right away without any worries. The villa also boasts amenities like an iron/iron board, a hairdryer, beach towels, umbrella, and beach chairs. To start your day, there is a K-Cup, regular coffee maker and a kettle.
Whether you’re looking for a peaceful retreat or an adventure-filled escape, this villa provides the perfect home base for your tropical vacation. From world-class fishing to kayaking, snorkeling, and exploring nearby islands, there's always something to do.
Please note that guests do not have access to the pool behind the Villa as it is part of the Hawks Cay Resort. While the lush landscape and pool area provide a slight obstruction to the water views, they offer a unique and charming aspect of your stay. The beautiful greenery and palm trees create a serene and tropical ambiance with just the right amount of shade, to make it and ideal place to enjoy sipping a cold cocktail or dining outdoors. A favorite spot among guests to watch the beautiful colors of the sky as they reflect off the water during the sun sets. Due to pool proximity, intermittent noise may be heard coming from the pool area when sitting on either of the back decks. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience.
For your safety and security, we have outdoor cameras installed around the property. These cameras are solely for monitoring the exterior of the premises and ensuring the safety of our guests.
Guest Access
To let yourself in, enter the code (provided separately) on the keypad of the front door.
Parking in front of the property is complimentary and available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
This property does not have access to Hawks Cay Resort amenities and the Resort does not provide day passes to access Resort grounds. Please note the Villa is located in front of a resort pool, which is not available for our guests. However, the Marina with fishing charters and watersports, Salt + Ash, and Angler & Ale Restaurants, the Cafe, Dolphin Connection and Calm Waters Spa are open to public at additional costs purchased through Hawks Cay. The Spa also sells daily passes for gym usage. Reservations are required for the Salt + Ash restaurant.

The Florida Keys are a 113-mile-long island chain connected by the Overseas Highway (US-1). Here are the driving distances from Duck Key.

• Marathon (15 minutes)
• Sombrero Beach (20 minutes)
• Seven Mile Bridge (25 minutes)

As per the Florida Fire Code, grilling is not permitted on the resort grounds and Villas.
There are no trailers of any kind allowed at this property or in the parking lot. Duck Key Marina, just walking distance from the Villa, provides boat slips and trailer parking for a fee. There are also other marinas near by. Please contact them directly.
There are no groceries stores in Duck Key. The closest market is a small market at Grassy Key Marina (2.5 miles south) and Publix in Marathon (11 miles south). Instacart is available for groceries to be delivered directly to the villa. Recommendation is to shop at Publix Supermarket in Islamorada or Marathon on your way to Duck key. Also, the Trading Post in Islamorada is a full-service deli and grocery store and it is opened 24 hours a day.
To prepare for your Keys pursuits, a local land line phone and welcome brochure are at your fingertips. The phone may be used to make calls to anywhere in the US at no charge.
Monroe County Tourist Development Tax of 5% is collected as part of your booking and host is responsible of remitting it to the county.
