Barnacle Bill’s Marina (on the water) – Updated and modern, it’s the only marina with 2 stories and with 2 full bars on both levels. They also have a slushy bar with alcohol – Yes, they have Pina Coladas. Their food is wonderful with good salad options, daily specials, and American food.

Burnt Cabin Marina & Resort – Spacious and lively, this is the largest marina overall. It’s always busy and lively. Food service can be kind of slow, but the bar service is outstanding.
They have a large store, tons of boat parking, gas slips for boats, live music on most weekends, and they serve American food. Their smothered fries are delicious!

Strayhorn Marina – Under new ownership – The people that own Pine Cove & Blue Water Bay just bought Strayhorn Marina. They should be selling beer and seltzers for summer 2025.
Note: They did not sell any food in 2024, but were hoping to have a small restaurant for the summer of 2025 and moving forward. Please call the marina for more information.

Pine Cove Marina/Clear Water Cafe (on the water) – This marina has a good store and easy access for boats to get gas. It is right by Tenkiller State Park and near the Tenkiller Dam. Clear Water Café is right next door and is under new ownership. We have heard the updates will be very welcoming and the food will be different from anywhere else on the lake.

Checkout Instructions:
• Bedding – Please strip the sheets & pillow cases and place them on top of the bed.
 Do Not make beds before you leave so cleaner knows which beds you used.
• Towels – Please place all towels on the floor in the laundry room
• Dishes - Please load all the dishes in the dishwasher and start it. Dish pods are underneath the kitchen sink.
• Trash – Put all trash, including bathroom and bedroom trash, into the large trashcan bag in the kitchen. Take the trash outside and place it in the trash bins located on the side of the house by the detached garage.
 Note: ALL trash must be in a trash bags (not a Wal-mart sack) in order for our trash service to dispose of it.
• Lights – please turn off all lights: overhead lights, lamps, and back porch string lights that are not solar
Note: There is only 1 set of outside lights that are not solar that will need to be turned off. It is the right switch that leads to the back porch.
• Lock up – Please lock the back door to porch, the back door in the master bedroom, and the front door.
• Key – Place house key in the Lock Box on the front door.
