Cette unité joliment décorée est située à quelques pas de l'océan pour vous permettre de vous allonger au soleil, faire une promenade au coucher du soleil, ramasser des coquillages, construire des châteaux de sable avec les enfants ou vous asseoir dans le belvédère et prendre votre café du matin tout en regardant les dolphins s'ébattre jouer. Détendez-vous à l'intérieur de l'unité entièrement équipée qui comprend un lit queen-size et un canapé pouvant être transformé en un lit simple en retirant les coussins de dossier. L'unité a un four, réfrigérateur, micro-ondes, cafetière Keurig, grille-pain, mijoteuse, vaisselle, verrerie et batterie de cuisine de marque nommée pour le chef. Profitez de nos excellents restaurants le long de la côte de cristal. Surtout ..... venez vous amuser et vous détendre!

The property and condo was very clean. The short walk to the beach and the view and ocean sounds from the upstairs balcony were very relaxing.

Nice welcoming area!!

Enjoyed our stay. Great area with access to a pool,too. Place was very small and would only recommend for 1 or 2 people. The most important thing to us though, was it was very clean!

Nice little space

We enjoyed our stay, we had a late start due to the previous guest not leaving the key where it should have been but Brooke had her Aunt over there with in 30 mins to let us in.

Unit was clean and just steps from the beach! A little small for more than 2 people, but had all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay! Will definitely recommend!

A wonderful condo

This condo was just perfect for me. It had everything I needed to enjoy my stay. Very easy to get to the beach and a very nice pool too. Great location for Atlantic Beach. Easy to get anywhere. The property owner was very accessible with any question I had. I would highly recommend this place and would absolutely stay here again.

Nice and Quaint

We had a very nice stay. We were here from Mon-Fri. It was a very quick walk to the beach and the pool area was close by, as well. We like that they did leave some kitchen items spices, salt and pepper, sugar. The condo is close by a Dairy Queen, grocery store, McDonald’s and some beach shops are all within five minutes of a drive.

Other than the bed being difficult to get in and out of and the keurig coffee maker be broken... I have nothing bad to say about the place. The room worked great for me and my girlfriend for the week.

Another Fantastic Oceans Sands Stay

This was our 2nd year staying at Ocean Sands and it did not disappoint! The This Is It unit was fantastic and there was no musty odor as soon as you opened door like our unit last year. The unit was fully stocked with kitchen supplies for all our cooking needs and the Keurig was a definite plus. We also enjoyed the fact that there was a separate TV for the bedroom area. It is literally 60 seconds from the building until your toes are in the sand. Can't wait for next year's beach vacay.

Right on the beach

My family had a wonderful week here! Sheila was super helpful when we had an issue with the tv. She was very personable and professional! The property is located by many things to do, like the aquarium and Fort Macon State Park. Both are located within just a few miles of the property. The room was clean and true to the photos. It was quiet at night and the locals were very friendly. We will definitely be back.

Excellent location!

This was a cute little condo. It is in an excellent location and we loved the area! Perfect size for our family of 3. The owner was very responsive to communication and resolving issues. When we arrived the bathroom wasn’t very clean (hair, dried soap and dirt in shower, sink and toilet) and areas of the kitchen didn’t look like they had been wiped down. The owner did have a family member come right away to clean it. It still wasn’t as clean as I would prefer. So I did clean the bathroom and kitchen again. It wasn’t what I wanted to do after a 6 hour drive, but I felt I needed to do it since I knew our toddler would be touching everything. Luckily it’s not a super large area to clean. I did get it cleaner than what we found it. I do realize that the owner pays someone to clean, and that person obviously wasn’t doing their job. Hopefully the owner will find a more reliable cleaning service. Other than this, it is a great location and place to stay for a quick beach trip for a small family. Cleanliness is the only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars.

Great location, cute and cozy!

The location is just great - just up from the beach and not far from the store! The unit was quiet and clean. The exterior of the facility is really well maintained! Perfect spot for an affordable couple's getaway to the beach. Several reasons why we cannot give a better overall rating. Above all other reasons, the bed has got to be replaced. One side of the bed (the left if you're looking at it) has a sink hole from wear and it's impossible not to roll into it. It was miserable - and we are not heavy people. The mattress is also wrapped in a plastic cover which is hot. The a/c unit is adequate at keeping the unit cooled, but it is fiercely loud! We literally had to turn the volume of the tv up all the way when it switched on so we could hear what we were watching, then turn it down again. There is only a single cup Keurig machine, otherwise the kitchenette is pretty well stocked. Linens were extremely worn. Communication with the manager was excellent. the unit was bright and clean. It just needs some maintenance and attention to detail to make it a much more comfortable place to stay.

Not what is presented in the pictures.

My wife and I rented this unit knowing that as an efficiency condo it would be small. We were totally fine with that, all we needed was a bed, small kitchen and a balcony overlooking the beach. There is nothing in the write up that says the condo has a balcony, however, there is a picture of the ocean from "the back balcony". There is no balcony with this condo. This building appears to be an old hotel and the "back balcony" is the walk way that led to the units on the back side of the building. If we wanted to sit on the 'back balcony" and look and listen to the ocean we would have been sitting in front of someone elses condo unit. We contacted the owners immediately upon entering the condo and voiced our belief that the listing had been misleading and we would like a refund. We were told that the advertising was not misleading and we would not get a refund unless someone rented the unit after we left it. It was not rented out which is not a surprise since its availability was never reopened on VRBO. We lost our weeks rental fee. We were told that it is not uncommon for.listings to include pictures of areas not associated with the unit that you rent. Buyer Beware! This is not the type of experience that we have come to expect when renting a place on VRBO.

Good stay but some things could be up graded..

Everything was really good. We were a little disappointed because the way the pictures looked we were supposed to have a ocean view out of our room. There was only 1 trash bag and there should have been more towels available for three people. I would have suggested curtain over the window to help block out the light. It was a truly nice, clean, cozy place. Beautiful beach and easy access to the beach.
