Bienvenue sur les belles plages de sable blanc de la côte du Golfe de l'Alabama! Profitez de votre séjour dans le tout nouveau, belle 4 chambres, 5 salles de bains appartement qui dort facilement 8! Notre unité 20e étage coin est unique dans le fait que vous avez une vue magnifique sur le golfe de chaque pièce! Floorplans grandes ouvertes offrent aux visiteurs de place pour étaler et le grand balcon vous invite à profiter de la vue incroyable sur le golfe du Mexique pour miles.

Réveillez-vous chaque matin avec des vues spectaculaires depuis chacune des chambres. Cette unité dispose d'un téléviseur à écran plat dans chaque chambre et un grand écran LCD dans le salon. Un bar avec machine à glaçons et une grande cuisine fait divertir un rêve.

Lorsque vous êtes prêt à quitter l'appareil, en bas à droite, vous pouvez profiter de la grande piscine intérieure, un sauna ou la salle de fitness. Et juste à l'extérieur, le complexe dispose de la seule rivière de farniente sur la plage avec des toboggans et une autre grande piscine pour les clients de tous âges puissent en profiter. Si vous êtes si incliné, marcher directement sur une des plus belles plages de sable blanc dans le monde!

Cette unité est une unité non-fumeurs. Tous les locataires doivent être de 25 ans à louer et il ya pas d'animaux. Beautiful Rental Property with a Stunning View

Everything was as promised in the VRBO website. The Phoenix Building is neat, clean, safe, easy to get to and right on the beach. The rental unit was on the 20th floor with a corner patio looking to the west and it was a spectacular view.The owner was in contact with me well in advance to give me guidance and my check in codes.My family was thrilled with this place and it made me a hero. I hope we can stay there again.

Not what we expected

Arrived to condo that had no paper products (no toilet paper, paper towels or tissues). Owner did send some over within an hour or so. Furniture is old and in need of replacement. Sofa is dirty, table on patio was broken and rug caused tripping. Bedspreads were stained. Owner did send cleaning lady over with freshly washed ones. She also brought clean blankets for us to cover the dirty sofas with. Bar icemaker did not work and was dirty. Silverfish were present in kitchen drawer and one bedroom dresser drawer.

Was not told name of the property had been changed to Oasis. But after looking for a long time we found it. Light switch in master bath needs to be checked. Think it has a short in it.

Great views

Condo was beautiful. Parking is a nightmare and the staff is not as friendly as you want for being a vacation destination. I did not like having to wear an armband 24/7 for three days. Other than that there were no complaints about the actual condo. It was clean and exactly as pictured. Plenty of room for a party of 8 for us. I would def stay again

Great rental for families

The overall property was great there were a few areas of wear and tear on the building that needs to be fixed or updated but nothing major. The condo itself was great although the two beds that were listed as Queens are actually full size beds. The only other issues with condo was the king bed needs some that are supports underneath it, the main sliding door going out to the balcony is extremely hard to open even for grown men and the wet bar ice maker did not work and it had mold in it. But that did not hinder us from having a great time nor would it hinder us from staying there again.

Would Not Recommend Property

The unit was adequate . The ice maker never worked. We called repair man after contacting the owner . Never responded. There was glass on outside table missing . There was an old outside door and screen leaned up on wall on patio . Not quality for money paid. Patio furniture appeared dirty and did some of dining chairs. Area rugs were turned up causing people to trip . One light over counter in master bath was out.

Clean, large but barren

This condo was perfectly fine, clean and it's great to have ensuite bathrooms for everyone! The large balcony is good for families, however the furniture was broken, old & awful. It was - as was our stay in this bldg last year one story below - barren. Maybe renters trash the lamps & such, but for the $$, I guess I expect a bit more beside Rules of how perfectly clean the kitchen should be left etc. Perhaps I've just done this trip with my kids for too many years in a row! .

Great condo

The pictures need to be updated as the furniture is much better than what is pictured. The condo was very clean, gorgeous view and the check in process was simple. The amenities at the condo were nice, the indoor pool, lazy river, outdoor pool and hot tubs were nice when wanting to relax and not be on the beach. If you are into cooking make sure to pack your own pans, the condo has some but they are all scratched pretty good. Overall this was a beautiful condo and we would definitely book again.

This is a very nice property. Location is remote enough that it is quiet, but close to good restaurants and shopping options. We came for a golf weekend and enjoyed our stay.

Girls retreat

We had the best time in Orange beach. This condo is clean, you have everything you need really. The space is inviting, the owners are very responsive. As stated earlier, some items like the pots and pans are worn and should be replaced. Understanding this is a rental unit and they aren’t going to put the best utensils out for others to ruin. The views are truly million dollar beautiful. I would definitely rent this unit again.

Really nice view. Furnishings ok. Needs upgrades in scratched pots and pans and miss-matched silverware. Some problems with things not working properly.

Room not very clean.

Our room was not very clean. I tried to call the property manager to have the ice maker cleaned or send us something to clean it out so we could use it, but no response. The ice maker had mold in it. The Fridge door ice maker was broken. The furniture was different than in the older pictures that are shown. There were 4 guys staying here but if our wife’s were with us we would have moved.

Condo gives you beautiful views of the sunset. Only downside was the sliding glass door was very hard to open and close. Lazy river was great.

Beautiful spacious condo

We enjoyed having plenty of room and plenty of bathrooms. The complex is fun with a nice lazy river and kids water slide. The furniture was comfortable, but the King bed frame was noisy. The balcony was huge with a wonderful view, but the outside furniture needs updating. But we understand the weather is hard on outdoor furniture. We would definitely love to come back. Rafi was very nice to answer my questions in planning our trip.

Family vacation 2023

Vacation was great. The rooms and furniture were different from the pictures online. Not enough places for a family of 7 to relax on the couch. The couch was small for the space. The kitchen was short on cooking wares to prepare meals. The master bed room mattress was worn out; we rolled to the middle. The elevators during check in time were ridiculous. It took us 45 minutes to get up to our room. After that elevators were too bad.

Overall the property was great. A couple of small things: Mold on one of the shower curtains Couple of towels not clean.. hairs in/on the towels Probably need to update the cooking pans These are minor complaints... overall the stay was great Elevators are a problem... long waits at times Shopping carts were a great asset at move in time... great idea Staff was very friendly

The condo was perfect! The problem with this place is waiting on elevators! We waited over an hour for an elevator to make one trip. It took over 2 hours for us to get everything upstairs!

Needs some updates

From reading the description I was under the impression the condo had a wrap around balcony that you could utilize from all bedrooms. In reality the only balcony that could be utilized was off the main area, the other rooms had balcony ledges. The condo had ample space, however their was a broken bar stool at the kitchen counter, the area rug in the main area was very dirty. The main area sofa needs a good cleaning. The elevators were horrendous, we would have to wait 30 minutes. They development is full of kids which is fine until you need an elevator and they are all full of shopping carts and luggage racks full of beach equipment. The balcony furniture honestly looked like a bunch of hodgepodge, with several broken pieces. The beds were very comfortable, the ice maker was great. The five bathrooms were wonderful.

Get ready to wait on elevators!

The worst part of the stay was the wait time for elevators. We would often have to pass on 2-3 because they were completely full before we could catch one down and, at peak times, there were lines to get on them to go up to the rooms. The condo itself looks nothing like the photos because the furniture has been updated, and the arrangement of the rooms was different than what I had imagined but still all was great!! There are no beach chairs, spices in the cabinets, cleaning products, extra toilet paper, etc, so get all supplies you’ll need! Overall, minus the elevators, it was a great stay!
